This was my 2nd time at Red Robin and this location. It was great the first time this time it was not.

I’ve been to this location several times. It can be hidden or miss as far as the quality goes. Today the quality was good burger was fresh hot and delicious. My biggest complaint is value. 80 bucks for two adult adults and two kids with kids meals, It’s just too much For burgers and fries….

My wife and I went in last night, greeted by a very nice bartender. However the rest of the staff was either playing on their phones, complaining about customers or yelling at the cooks... yes yelling. The employee that was doing the worst was also the one yelling, complaining and then pulled a chair to the end of the bar looking disgusted, being rude to your customers. Busing a table and slamming the dishes, never a smile. My wife and I could only watch this sh*&show. The food was good and our bartender was kind and attentive.

Server was awesome no complaints. Forget her name, but she was awesome. The jalapeño heatwave was awesome I was able to sub the avocado for jalapeño relish. Onion rings were a little too crunchy but still edible. And the donuts didn’t look like the picture definitely won’t get those next time. But to be fair should had read the menu and would have seen they were flaky donuts. The picture made me think they were cake donuts. They were just alright. And the host was really nice and got the door for us.

10- 2018 Food was cold service was terrible, it was my first and last time coming here . Updated 1-4-25 I stood there with my family for 19 minutes with 5 vehicles in the parking lot and was never seated ..... terrible service 😑

Food was good except my husband had a long hair in his hamburger he had it almost gone before he discovered it.

Great food and service. Love the beer love the lemon cake.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options, almost any burger can be made vegetarian upon request. Excellent service, we love this location.

Really expensive for a burger. But really good. The fries are great. I had brussel sprouts that were divine. Burger was delicious.

Went to this location tonight after having previously had some pretty poor service, so we didn't expect much. By contrast to the previous times the service has greatly improved and the servers were very attentive. Honestly I would go again without concern.

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with steak fries. She had the Teriyaki Burger with Yukon chips. We shared the Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese. The best Pretzel bites with beer cheese I've ever had. The teriyaki burger, with sweet teriyaki glaze wa Great! The bacon cheeseburger was one of the best I've had. We bth had the sweet tea. All this for just under $50.

This was my first time at a Red Robin. It's an expensive hamburger but it's generous in size and toppings. I understand the sides have unlimited refills but I didn't need any refills. My portion was plenty.
The place was clean and not overly loud so that's a big win. I can see why people like the place. It's good.
