Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

WOULD ADVISE EATING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Server brought drinks and then never came back. We had to go ask what was going on. Then someone else came to take orders. I ordered item an was confused when it came but didn't question right away and it turned out to be twice the price on the menu and simular but not what I wanted. When I questioned it was told manager would be out but after 25 minutes told it would be a while she was on the phone. So service and food was not that great and was over charged for it. WOULD PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD!

This was the first time that I've eaten at this location. Let's start by saying the staff was phenomenal. The food was excellent. The restaurant was super clean and tidy. I would recommend this Red Robin.

Hands down one of the best experiences we have had out as a family in a long time. From the welcome at the door, to our server , to the food runner. Customer service was top tier and the food matched it! This was our first time here and will absolutely be returning! Thank you for this experience!

The food was perfect, the waitress really nice, nice atmosphere. Very pleasant way to spend lunch with my son.

My husband and I went to have some drinks after dinner. I love how RR looks out for people but after we had 2 drinks we were asked to order food. Totally understand but we just had a huge
Funeral dinner and we were staying at the hotel across from the restaurant.

I don't go here that much but when I do I tend to enjoy the food and the nice staff.

We were there today for the veterans day lunch. Very good. Service was extraordinary. We sat at the bar & she was extremely busy. Good thing she has personality plus. Excellent service!!! She is to be commended. Red Robin did a fine thing by honoring us veterans. Thanks again Red Robin & thanks for the service we received at the bar.

There was a huge party in there and we were shoved at an angle at a table people kept bumping me going back and forth and I was in a wheelchair. Our waitress was super, the food was a little on the downside from what it usually is. But overall it was okay we've seen a lot better than what it was. Won't be returning soon and I didn't enjoy it there because the way they had to sit us. Just didn't like people bumping into my wheelchair all the time.
