You automatically opted me into your rewards program. Every time I've purchased coffee and asked about the program, I've kindly said No Thank You...now, today, I get a text after buying my coffee saying I'm automatically receiving "points". How is this possible if I've never given you my phone number, and never enrolled. This is gross that you're automatically connecting people's credit cards and phone numbers to your "points" system. I don't believe I'll be frequenting Reza's anymore, as I have no desire to have another business compromise my personal information by sending it to a third party for some rewards program I NEVER wanted to be apart of.

One of the best cups of coffee I have ever had--a hot lavendar latte. Baristas super friendly and genuine. Took the coffee to go, but it would be a great place to sit with a friend and enjoy.

Beauty was major factor when designing the interior. Chandelier, ornate ceiling tiles. My friend and I had a decent conversation as we sipped our yummy coffee. They even had a place for children to sit. The bathroom was also catering for people with kids. Thank you.

My daughter brought me breakfast this morning from Rezas. It was an avocado toast with sliced hard boiled egg, an oil drizzle and a delicious seasoning. So good. I am going to go in person before flying home. This place looks so nice in the pictures. My daughter loves going there and highly reccomends.

Awesome place to have a meeting or do some work! I brought my office team in for a morning meeting, we found a quiet, comfortable area to talk, and the coffee was delicious! Staff is friendly and helpful

We spent a night in an Airbnb in Dayton and there was no coffee. Therefor we were panicking. We found Reza's on line and drove there as fast as we could. The staff was extremely friendly. The coffee was great and my Italian sammie in a croissant was delicious. This coffee house is very large, clean and has great atmosphere.

The best employees. Always say hello. Always chat while making the drink. I stop in to get a bag of beans and a drink every week or two. Today I bought the 0 Dark 30 new roast. Tried it on drip and it was really good. Pulled two shots at home and turned out great. Turned it in to a shaken espresso because I was feeling in the mood, sue me.

Customer Service is what sets an experience apart. $40 for lower then par food and coffee is not worth it. Add in horrible customer service by people who clearly don’t care about your business is a done deal! It wasn’t just to us but another group of people who spent $50. We won’t be back! Over priced …..
