After being loyal customers for years we never had a complaint. Food was always good and delivered quick. But today we were missing one item, an order of wontons. The first ever time we called them over an issue, and we were treated like thieves. Suffice to say it took multiple back and forths between two different people over the phone to get them delivered.We were even called back by one of them that effectively accused of us lying by saying that "The staff says they were in the bag." The stapled bag. It was as if they thought we trying to pull a fast one.Like if that's how you treat a long time customer when they have their first ever problem with you, then I'll take my business elsewhere.

Delivery was on time, however, the food wasn't as good as I once thought it was and I was pretty frustrated trying to use their coupons.... My order came to $60 , but they refused to allow us to use any of the coupons because we had beverages and appetizers on the order.... Basically they make it so you are unable to utilize any of the coupons.... This was by design.
The Restaurants great! BUT the guy who delivers is so rude I mean he snatches the money and has this mad face doesn’t even say anything and he knocks like he’s a lunatic. It’s like he doesn’t even want to work.

We spend about 90$ a week on food and when we try to use a coupon that s on the menu they give us a different reason why we can not use it so due to that ill take my money somewhere else they would rather lose 90$ a week than let you use a 4$
