I called yesterday to see if they had Gluten free options as my granddaughter is allergic to wheat. The lady I spoke to assured me that they had several options to choose from. We go there today and the young ladies working there were not well educated on what GF options they sell. They said they had 2 choices of Dole whip & a sugar free vanilla ice cream to choose from. I wouldn’t consider any of those options anything special. I had one disappointed 7 year old. Maybe consider having a couple more GOOD gluten free options. Your staff definitely needs educated on food allergies! If you have any food allergies, you should consider going elsewhere.

I’ve been waiting to get Rip Rap Shake Shack for three years, and this past weekend was finally the time for it!!! We live super far away but I knew that once the opportunity presented itself, it was a must-see stop.
I was amazed by the presentation of the ice cream that I got and the monster shake that my husband got. They looked absolutely amazing! Almost like a movie prop! The flavor was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed every last bite!
10/10 would recommend if you’re in the Dayton area! Bring the kiddos too! Our toddler loved it!

Got the smores galore monster shake for the first time and it might have cost $12+ but lord was it worth every penny.
Great ice cream! Kids love this place and ask to go back all the time. I asked for a kids sized ice cream for my 5yr old and they actually have kids sizes. Some places give huge amounts the kid can't eat but they gave real kids sizes. Even my 5 year old said thats more like it!
