I ordered double toppings on 2 small pizzas…paid $25 for each pizza & still received with barely one serving of toppings……I wanted a pile of veggies. 😔 Guess I won’t be ordering again. Pick up is ridiculous. The parking is horrific. Wake Forest location.

sorry it used to be my favorite but the past couple of times it's been bad. first they didn't make my order until I was in the store (and no mushrooms?) The next time I ordered all the topping were in the center of the pizza. I might try again bc I like the sauce but idk

The first time we got Romeo’s, it was great and you could tell the employees cared. Lately, they couldn’t care less to do their jobs or keep the customers informed of what’s going on with their order. I waited an hour before cancelling my DoorDash order due to them assigning a new dasher and the pizza still not being ready. Save yourself the time and hassle and order pizza from somewhere else.

Used an online coupon to try this place out. Placed order over phone and showed up 20 mins later and my pizza eas ready straight from the oven. Tasted great. Looked great. Was great. No marks for atmosphere as there isn't a true dining area. Pick up the pie and go. The Capone Sauce is great as well.
Protip: get your pizza well-done.

I was sitting in the parking lot while waiting for my daughter and scrolling on Facebook and an ad for a free pizza popped up. I called and ordered and got my free pizza.
To my surprise, it was much better than anticipated. I thoroughly enjoyed the slightly sweet flavor of the pizza sauce. The included dipping sauce was great too even though I'm not exactly sure what it was.
I have never been to this pizza place before today but will definitely consider them in the future. Thanks!

I ordered online for delivery. We got a deep dish pizza and stuffed cheese bread. This is not my first time ordering from Romeo's and every other time it's been perfect. Tonight however was not.
Our food is delivered and upon opening the pizza box I notice it looks like a piece is missing. Count the slices and there's 7 when there's supposed to be 8.
I call the store and whoever I spoke to got extremely rude, I'm assuming it's the manager since they didn't mention their name, said he was just walking in and when the driver got back he'd ask them if something happened like "they dropped a piece while cutting it." The fact that he thought that was a good reason to send out and incomplete pizza is crazy to me. He offered to refund the order and I told him I'd rather just have a new pizza sent out since we didn't know if someone had done something to the one we got. His response to that was "I don't know what you want me to do, I can either refund the order or you can come up to the store and get a new pizza because once my driver gets back they have another delivery" Keep in mind this was a DELIVERY order. The driver had been tipped and I wasn't driving 20 minutes to get a new pizza when it was their mistake.
I finally told him to just refund the order and he said ok and hung up without another word. Completely unacceptable behavior even if he wasn't a manager. I've worked in multiple pizza places when I was younger and I would never think to talk to a customer that way. Probably won't ever order from here again. Already put in a contact to corporate about this incident.
The stuffed cheese bread was good, even though I didn't get the Capone sauce that I asked for.
Update: it's been 3 days and the order has still NOT been refunded.

So to start this off I'd like to say I like romeos pizza but I've just had my worst experience with them. So I ordered a large loaded crust pizza and a salad today at 11:30 am and it told me the wait was going to be about 45 min which is weird because I live only about 5 min out but I still waited after 1hr the food got here and the pizza wasn't loaded crust and the salad wasn't here so I called the lady on the phone was nice about it and said she would send another order to my house at this point it's 12:40 and then i wait again after another 1hr and 30 min I call again and my food is still there and she says the dasher was running late and says that if she can't get the food to me she'll give me credit to my account but I don't have a account so then she says she will call here boss and get back to me this was at 2:16 now it's 3:12 and I still do not have my food nor did I get a call back about a refund. So to finish this off if you get romeos never get delivery.
(Update) It is now 4:10 I just called again the food is still there which has now been sitting for 3hr and 30 min and they don't know what's happening with door dash and they still don't know what to do about a refund and are waiting for a manager to come in and the manager was supposed to be there at 4.

It's now 5:16 and i had to call again and this time it was different staff they didn't know what i was was talking about then they found my order asked if I wanted them to remake it again and pick it up myself and after I said no I just want a refund and 7 more min I finally got a refund so in total I spent since 11:30 to 5:16 trying to get a pizza and a salad and only got the wrong pizza no salad and a migraine over all a horrible experience.

Ordered delivery from Romeo's. First my coupon wasn't working so I called the store and because of my struggles the worker there gave me an even bigger discount.
I'm from the north east of the country and to be honest Midwest pizza isn't even close to pizza from back home. Finally I have found a pizza shop in Dayton that is almost just a good. Also when you order boneless wings they put the sauce on the side. This is great idea. This makes it so your wings don't go soggy.
I will be ordering from Romeo's for now on. Appreciate y'all.

The deluxe pizza was great! We love the sweet sauce. The cinnamon breadsticks were good also. The only thing that was disappointing was that I asked for garlic butter dip but I got the Capone sauce.
