The waitress was excellent only compliment I have is I paid for my food with a card and gave cash for a tip and was more than the suggested tip amount. When my charge came through on my card a tip was added on even though I put an 0 in the tip field. They did refund me the tip but just imagine how many people may not check their account and tips are added on.

When I walked into roosters there were three different waiters walking around the register. Nobody greeted me or ever said anything to me They all look me dead in my face and nobody said anything. I waited over 10 minutes for an order that was already done just to find out that the mild wings I ordered were plain The garlic parm wings were terrible y'all let me down this time my very first complaint about roosters

I ordered 10 teriyaki boneless wings tonight for takeout and the teriyaki sauce was SPICY. The worker made me drive the partially eaten wings all the way back to the restaurant to get a refund which was a big waste of my time.

Hostesses were rude and had a demeanor that radiated disdain. They took down my phone number wrong so I was never notified my table was ready until I check after a few people that came in after us were called. Besides that, the waitress was prompt and the food was delicious.

I do like the atmosphere here. There are quite a few televisions here, and the music is a tad loud, but that’s ok sometimes. I like the decor on the walls. The server is really nice and professional; he seems to know his stuff. With as semi busy this place is right now, it really didn’t take too long for the food to come out. The cheeseburger has actually hit the spot; it’s perfect. The potato wedges are perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside.

Always have a good experience at Roosters. Lunch, Dinner, big parties, little ones. This is a great location too. Warning though, it's always packed after 5pm!

Place is amazing , great food, comes out super fast, service is really good but some servers are super busy. Wings are not frozen, blue cheese and ranch are made in house. Great TVs , bathrooms are clean , kitchen looks like it might pass a military inspection after they get done cleaning at night.
