We came to this restaurant for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely nice and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Ordered a hickory bourbon burger, cooked medium, with fries, through doordash. Burger arrived cold, and well done. The fries weren't even there. I also requested no lettuce, onion, or tomato... all of which were present when I received it. They literally could not have done a worse job if they tried. What a joke

Happy April 17th y'all. I have to say, the service at the door is quite subpar. I attempted to visit with my family of 17 for Easter Brunch (I've heard by quite a few that your crab cake eggs benedict is to absolutely PERISH for), but not only were we not greeted but no one even opened the DOOR! Despicable. I've put flyers around my neighborhood to advertise your loaded baked potato and second-to-none cocktails. I was willing to fish out a few Benjamins on just my entree and desserts at your establishment, but to be ignored is simply unacceptable. Walmart will now be fulfilling all my crab cake eggs benedict needs. Never have I ever been so embarrassed in front of my family and my soon-to-be stepson of whom I'm currently banging because his father is an essential worker and unable to fulfill all my needs. The family is going to fly in again this upcoming Monday and I have my fingers crossed for a better experience! They are spending about $7000 total to fly in from Argentina for this experience. Plz don't disappoint us. Pour our French martinis strong and shaken tableside, and do the Cha Cha Slide for us just this once. We will do the Tootsie Roll, and expect that you will have jars of raspberry flavored Tootsie Rolls on each table for us..if you know what's good for you

Chose Ruby Tuesday because they had no wait on a busy Saturday night. I now know why they had no wait. The service was so slow and we ordered a baked potato that came out with a hair on it.

There was a delay in getting our order in, which didn’t bother us at all. We were having good conversation and enjoying the salad bar when the waitress told us her mistake. She could have never told us and we’d have never known. They ended up taking really good care of us. It showed a lot of integrity to come forward with the mistake then go above and beyond to make it right for people who were completely fine with waiting. Even with what they thought was a delay, at any other restaurant we’d still be waiting and it would be considered normal.

Took our daughter for the All Day $ 5 Salad Bar. Received great and fast service. Salad bar was needing a refill of a few things on our first trip. How can you not make sure that your famous croutons are filled. There were none. Told server she went in back to inform person and brought some out for us on an app plate. Told you service was great.

Restaurant was freezing cold. It was like it had been sitting under warming light for quite a while ( my shred cheese was almost completely melted). The flavor of the food was fine but the wait for the food in the cold ruined my experience.
I love this place. The people are amazing and the food is great.

It was okay. I got soup and salad bar. Not much to mess up there. Hubby got 6 oz sirloin with asparagus and salad bar. He said steak was okay for where we were. It's not like they are known for their steak. My issue was the hostess. I'm hoping she was new and still learning the ropes. She placed a large party of 7 or 8, at a 4 top table. And one of them was in a large motorized wheelchair. They were very uncomfortable but didnt complain. I felt so bad for them that I almost said something, but a server came up and was trying to abate the situation. My husband likes to go here for the salad bar due to the large selection of items. Everything seemed fresh and they kept it stocked well.

Went here to have just a drink but the prices were so cheap decided to eat as well. The drinks were great price especially the two dollar margaritas that the GM jeffrey O'Neal recommend. The food came out fast, fresh, and delicious. We definitely will be visiting again soon.

Major disappointment today. On several websites a National Campaign was announced that between 11am and 3pm a new sandwich was available for 5 dollars and it was vegan. I called at 10:50 and was told they were not part of the campaign. The burger was not available. Double check my sources and 20 minutes later my wife calls and its available. We call back and place the order for 2 of these burgers. 10-15 min. is what we're told so we head there. We didn't gey our food until nearly 12 because they rang it up wrong. We expressed all the issues we were going through politely to several people working, all of which were dismissive and acted like it was our fault. Or at least not theirs. Not one apology was given or any attempt to regain our trust. This staff needs retrained and needs to learn how to perform in a way more valuable to the company. You guys just lost 2 customers, guess you didn't know or weren't trained on what the goal of running a National Campaign is for
