Stopped in for a few tacos and a drink for the first time. The gentleman that took care of me; Chris, was very friendly, fun, and showed great service. The tacos were also very tasty and flavourful! I would recommend.

Food took forever with few people in the restaurant. The street corn we ordered never came... when my guest went to the counter and said, "I also ordered street corn?"Answer: "Street corn? [crickets]" Yep... that's it!Then came the tacos, at last... on cold tortillas.I took the tray of tacos to the counter and asked if they possibly had been sitting around a while, one of the cooks grabbed the tray with the tacos and slammed the contents into the trash, while he snapped, "I JUST made them!!"Well, would you want him cooking your re-order?Not a single word of apology or concern from anyone, including a manager type with a beard who apparently had the authority to get the register to refund our money.Cashier called him to the register.Without a single word of conciliation, he processed the charge cancellation, and we left.Which was a blessing, as we ended up at Smash Burger and a delightful experience there. See my post on Smash Burger.

We used the Rusty Taco to cater our wedding and we couldn't have been more happy with this decision! They made the whole process so easy and they were very accommodating. They delivered and set up for us too. More importantly the food was great and everyone of our guests commented on how good the food was. 10 out 10 I would highly recommend!

1st time at Rusty's. The food is great. The rusty taco and chicken fajita taco are excellent. Chris Hale was my bartender. Great guy, great service, great margaritas. COME SEE CHRIS!!! El Guapo and Iceberg margaritas were excellent. I will be back, give this place a try! I don't review much because most things are ho-hum. But this place is AMAZING!

The restaurant appeared to be understaffed on the front end. The #5 and #13 tacos were adequate, but nothing special. The Texican #13 taco had ground beef that didn't have any taste that contained seasoning. It tasted like it was just plain ground beef. The churros were delicious and filled with chocolate. The cost for 2 tacos, churros and a fountain beverage was $12.90 which seemed reasonably priced.

We went at 10:30 pm and they had the grill shut down but we got what they had and it was smack daddy.

Just wanted to praise an employee we met tonight, Christopher Hale, total great example of how to turn someone's mood around and make a good experience a memorable experience. Such bright energy, personally engaging, just, there's no words. This place is getting so much more business soon because if this absolute gem. DONT lose this guy. Food is amazing, I recommend the green street taco, best there is, and the drinks are off the wall, and if you're lucky enough to run into Christopher, you're in for a extraordinary and memorable time!

This place has a potential but it's a hit or miss based on several things: 1) the service is not always good and some of the workers are not that welcoming. Some can be a little extra and simply over the top. They simply don't make your experience good all the time. 2) the food value is not always there. The tacos are small to begin with for the price and often the portion sizes are not consistent. 3) the food quality is not consistent. Depending on the person making the tacos, you can get a totally different experience. 4) the house margaritas could be a little better. I have visited several times and still hope they will figure things out soon. They just in my opinion need to address some of the staff and hire people who actually want to be there and make things fun. Also get the food consistent and increase portion sizes a little.

Food is great - no issues with that - service is horrible. I typically order curb side pick up and take home. More than 50% of the time, my order is wrong. I find that inexcusable. I ordered $38 worth of food last night, and the girl who brought me my food to my car handed me a bag of chips. That was it. I had to go inside to get everything corrected. Very frustrating. Happens WAY too often. Managers don't seem to care one way or the other.

We never got served. We walked over from our friend's house in the neighborhood, and we totally were ignored when we got the counter. We had no acknowledgement of any kind while the staff kept looking over. Thus, we walked out. I get it that you might not want to be working or enjoy your job, but then it might be time for you to move on if you cannot at least pretend to care about doing good customer service like greeting customers at the counter.

First time and last time. The steak couldn't be chewed, shrimp were tiny, and 2 huge bags of chips for one cup of salas? No thanks! You can eat the tacos in 2 bites. And no flavor other than spice. It was a no from my whole family. I'll stick to Chueys!

I’m typically here once a week. The portions are enormous. The “small” size of chips could feed two people. The staff members are always outstanding too - very accommodating and welcoming. The patio is nice in good weather and the inside atmosphere is great too. Always good music playing. Highly recommend!

Good food and good good service, I just have a hard time paying almost $4 for a super small taco that can eaten in two bites. The nachos on the other hand are a pretty good value it's hard to go wrong with them.

Taco has 3 times less ingredients than tortilla, shrimp was the size of a dime and they try and disguise the small amount of protein with big pieces of parsley. Yet they charge more than some places that have 3 times the size of protein. Never again.
