I loved my time here, best hibachi experience Ive ever had. My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday around 7pm, sat at table in front of the grill. Another couple and then a girl who was by herself later joined us and then dinner started. Our habachi chef "Fake Ninja" (I think) was awesome, best habachi chef I've ever had. Our other server Diki (I think) was also really great and attentive. My boyfriend and I split the emperor combo with filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp and it was perfect for us. I like this Sake a lot more than the Indian ripple location, way better atmosphere. Definitely come eat here!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful hibachi dinner at Sake Japanese Steakhouse. We started with two fresh and flavorful sushi rolls, Dynamite & Bonzsi. The hibachi chef was both skilled and entertaining, making the meal interactive and fun
For the main dish, we had stir-fried vegetables, rice, and a delicious assortment of steak, lobster, shrimp, and chicken—all cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive throughout the meal
Overall, Sake Japanese Steakhouse offers great food and a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

We were seated fairly quickly,(dine-in, rather than teppanyaki seating)
Staff were very nice and the decor/atmosphere was super cool looking, the worst part was the food however.
We ordered three things to get a taste of the sushi menu, a common Philadelphia Roll, a dynamite roll, and a Super Roll house speciality.
Each one of them were pretty bad tasting and overly priced. The food tasted exactly like how they labeled the ingredient items on the menu, because it felt like they just threw the ingredients in there without any culinary thought unfortunately.
The 6.50ish Philadelphia Roll looked and tasted extremely cheap like what you would find at a grocery store. They put a huge slab of cream cheese, so it was basically cream cheese filled rice ball.
The 8.50 Dynamite roll was one of the better items as it was fairly good. It was nicely tempura fried and covered in a tasty sauce. But fairly okay tasting compared to other sushi places.
The Super Roll, one of the more expensive specialty sushi items priced at around 13.50 or so tasted like we were eating a garden salad. The ingredients were I believe, tempura shrimp, teriyaki sauce, seaweed, crab, asparagus, and other tasty sounding ingredients, fell extremely flat in execution.
They apparently had forgot the main ingredient which was the shrimp in 75% of the rolls because they just had asparagus and vegetables.
They also had given small portions for all the sushi so we were fairly starving afterwards.
We also felt nauseous afterwards driving home.
Bad restaurant food, hope they redo the menu or the way the make their food in the future, i'd hope to come again someday, but I'll go somewhere else for now.

I went here tonight for the first time. I’m not a big fan of Asian food but every thing was good. The service was excellent. Never had to ask for anything. However The men’s bathroom smelled like sewage and needs updating severely. Other than the bathroom I don’t have any complaints.

Service was great. Tofu age was real good. Sushi was poor but having traveled to Japan my standard is high.
Service was slow. Food was okay.

I went by myself, I sat in a booth waited a few before someone took my order, brought my food then didn't see waiter except once to see how the food was, didn't take the dirty dishes, then had to wait a few to get my check but the food was excellent.

It is a Japanese steakhouse. A little tired inside and out. Still an experience. Hibachi lunch was reasonable and delicious.
