My wife and I stopped for lunch. The food was outstanding! I had a chicken salad BLT which was wonderful. I also had their Italian wedding soup that was so flavorful. My wife had their Caesar salad which came with a house made honey-Caesar dressing that is absolutely addictive! Not to mention the biscuit croutons…
The staff were very friendly and welcoming! A charming and comfortable dining experience that I would highly recommend. The menu is not overly large, but everything we had was delicious, and the other patrons’ choices looked wonderful, too.

Biscuits and gravy are a staple in our house, especially when going on vacation. Ate here on our way out of state and was shocked at the prices; Even after traveling out to tourist traps a few days after I wasn't paying more than $16 for B&G+sides. Don't know they get $22 from. . .

I have been several times. The biscuits are better than you will find in most places. One will fill you up for the rest of the day. The folks working here are great. A diamond in the rough of downtown Dayton.

I am so happy my husband found this beautiful and unique place downtown for lunch. I loved the atmosphere and the ladies behind the counter were so friendly. The food we received was absolutely delicious. The different flavors of my dish danced around on my palette and it seemed like there was always something new with every bite. We got some blueberry cobbler to go and we are definitely looking forward to enjoying that later. Yes, the prices are higher but so worth it as it's not every day you find a hidden gem like this that makes food from scratch AND amazing! Keep up the great work.

We popped in this morning for a laid back breakfast and were very pleased! The pecan sticky buns are to die for! We also enjoyed the farm boy biscuit and daily special. Nice large portions made with highly quality ingredients. Everything was delicious! I definitely recommend stopping by for Breakfast, lunch, or take out. Thank you again to the warm and friendly staff for such a nice morning.

This restaurant is a must try! The food is absolutely amazing and made from scratch. We tried the blueberry cornbread to start. It came served with handmade butter and warm. Perfect combination of sweet and salt and the little bit of crunch from cinnamon sugar on top, yum! We got a slice to take home for later. The Caesar Salad is the best I have had in a long time. The use of cheesy biscuits instead of croutons makes this salad so special. We each got a different entree: Smoked Butternut Squash Lasagna, Tomato Caprese Salad, and Orchard Chicken Salad. It was all amazing. I’m pretty sure there is nothing on the menu that isn’t delicious. Hats off to the chef! We will be back!
