Lately when we go. Supply is limited or out of stock on the items we are looking for. We only get down once a month due to distance, it's almost not worth the drive anymore.

Cafe Scan N Go inventory was incorrect and they would not refund my purchase. (Costco cafe rarely runs out of inventory.) Disorganized because they had Prime in three different places. Also out of unflavored mineral water.

Nice store, clean and well stocked and items were faced. Quick in and out using the app to scan my items and pay online to skip the check out lines.

Don't go on Saturday around 3 pm. It's way Is overcrowded.

Great store atmosphere but the thing that makes me mad is that everytime we get rotisserie chicken or ribs they are always raw. Every time we cut into them, they even drip a good amount of blood still.

I wouldn't recommend to work their. They make you have to paid the government in your taxes next year's. They played favorites in that store. They play discriminate very bad. You can tell who get away with thing from work and those who don't get punished or get fired. I won't even give them a one star. It just sad how the treat their employees their.

Saturday at Sam's Club can awfully crowded!

Was waiting on a Delivery order. There was no email, text, or phone call to let me know the delivery was on the way. Got an email that my order had been delivered. They left it at a location on my property that is difficult for me to manage deliveries.... and in the rain.

This Sam's Club has declined in customer service so much that I am seriously considering driving the extra 20 miles to a Costco.

I paid a nice tip for the delivery person. I expect better customer service than what I received.

I suggest avoiding this Sam's Club for pick up and delivery.

Really bare shelves. This is the 2nd time we've been there like this. They at least had the 3 things I went for. Crazy busy.
