USDA Prime and Choice cuts of Beef are excellent ACCEPT the Filet Mignons are not trimmed sufficiently. Very tender and flavorful but include fat and gristle. They should call them Tenderloin Steaks but certainly not filets. They also package them with the best side up so the shoppers can't see the large veins of fat.

I have just talked with Manager Ian,regarding the employee at the fuel station allowing cars to come in, and park, going the wrong direction. He assured me that he would call and instruct the employee to stop patrons from doing this. Presently I am watching this wrong direction continue. Too much confusion by allowing this.

Sam's club used to be a good place to shop. Now they seldom carry much of anything that they used to. Some prices see high for their products. They keep changing products and not for better seems each time they change it goes down. Not as busy as it used to be. They keep moving thing and putting stuff in ridiculous places in the stores. I can order things on line cheaper than I can get in Sam's club any more.

I love Sam’s and shop here often but I have to say I’m very disappointed in the removal of the Coke products from the fountain. You used to have both Pepsi and Coke products. Why cannot not continue?

Just got into a screaming match with the the lady at Sam's Club over having to show my card upon entering. I calmly told her that I don't carry the card anymore since they haven't asked for it in over 2 yrs! Things just went down hill from there. It's 2019, send me an email or a text message if you're going to abruptly change your policies.
What a JOKE ! I have been burned twice by false advertising from this location and twice the management has done nothing to help make it right I had a issue years ago and the manager resolved it immediately and it really was not a Sam's club issue more like Verizon that is located in the store. The last 2 times Wich have both happen this year the management did not offer anything to resolve the issue. In fact imediatly when mI toldasked how they ewere going to make it right

We had been previous members and decided to let our membership expire and chose to try another box store. It was okay but missed Sam's Club. We went today to reactivate our Sam's Club membership. Kelly at the service desk was awesome!! She quickly helped us while answering the phone too. She was helpful and polite to everyone. She's a keeper!

This particular location has an employee who thinks it's ok to call innocent black children monkeys and ask if they like bananas and Sams club has said NOTHING pertaining to this matter. PLEASE DO NOT shop here until something is done concerning this matter. We have to love on and support one another and call people out when they display unacceptable behavior!
