Ordered through their website about two weeks ago. Went to pick up the order only to find out that they were closed with no explanation. It took up until today for me to FINALLY get my money back. I don’t know what is going on with this place but some information to customers would be appreciated. Are y’all closed closed? Or is this just an extended family emergency? We the people deserve to know at this point. At least don’t say that you’re open when you’re not.

Not sure if it’s the way this young man at the counter was brought up but his energy been off constantly. He never greets anyone. I believe he is not wanting to be part of the family business. I see it in his eyes he needs therapy. But he should not be working there let that man be. I don’t like that type of customer service. I’m being nice not to hurt his feelings I’m having grace for him. Cause I know how it can be working & not really making anything. Guess that’s where the name comes from SASSY Bowls?

Spent $14 for a piece of toast with barely anything on it. The toast was also missing ingredients. Little flavor. Also got a smoothie which wasn’t terrible but very small for the price.UPDATE:The associates were friendly and refunded me for the toast when I brought it back to them.

Just picked up our açaí bowls from here again this morning, and they didnt disappoint. We love getting these as a healthy breakfast option on the weekends. The fruit toppings are always fresh and delicious, and the chia seed pudding is a must have in your bowl! Its a great portion for the price, and is usually pretty efficient as far as getting them to go. Im a big fan and would recommend to anyone!!

We love Açaí bowls and this spot is super convenient located at the Greene. They will load up your bowl with a plethora of topping options and don't skimp! I have never ordered anything else on the menu, but they do have salads and sandwiches as well.I'd recommend eating outside, there are plenty of outside sitting areas at the Greene. I will admit and agree with other yelpers, we have experienced an issue with their "open" time, not being open right when they say.. but doesn't deter us from going!

Good place to get something to go. Not much room inside. They have açaí bowls, smoothies, sandwiches and toasts. They also have crepes! Sweet crepes and lunch crepes I got the chia chia smoothie with strawberry, banana, chia and peanut butter

I will never eat here again. I got a bowl, and it had the worst flavor. I didn't get bananas, but the bowl tasted like they added them. Will never go here again.

was a VERY big supporter of this small business. this morning i took it upon myself to get an acai bowl for breakfast. i ordered online and paid in advance. in theory for it to be ready by the time i arrived. thankfully my order was never confirmed and i was able to get my money back. but when i arrived, at 10:20am mind you, they were still closed. no lights on and doors locked. all posted signs and online it said they open at 10am.

Just went in for 2 bowls and they were made incorrectly ?I was the only customer so I didn’t think to check. The employee was kind, and I should have double checked them before I left. I thought the açaí would be like the soft serve I’m accustomed to, instead it was in a frozen plastic container pulled from a freezer and the toppings were added. I removed them to try and pick out what I asked for in my bowl from the bowl I purchased for my husband. We just moved to the area 3 days ago, so I was excited to find sassy bowls was very close by, but I’m not pleased so far.

DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.Ordered two smoothies. One for my daughter and one for myself. At order I asked if they added anything in the smoothie. They said they did not. I returned the smoothie halfway through after I realized that they added some type of sweetener with a horrible aftertaste. I returned it to be told that they cannot remake it because it was half full. A young white girl(that was not on the clock) denied my request any threw her arms up and said I, I can’t help you I’m not even on the clock.Horrible customer service.The smoothie tasted like medicine. The aftertaste of the artificial sweetener is strong. I am curious as to why you add sweeteners to fruit smoothie. They eventually gave me the replacement after pleading. By the time they made it I was so furious so I wrote a review. I left the smoothie there.

So I had an online order. When I got there no one said anything to me and people who were just entering the building got their food before me even though I had waited and ordered online. After they cleared the lobby then someone acknowledged me. Overall I would not be back. The service suvks and the food is meh.

Close this place down already. As a customer I already vowed to never go back because the food is really bad. But after having to deliver their supplies to them for NO TIP, the place just infuriates me. Tip your delivery drivers, people. We do spread info word of mouth to other drivers and our families and expecting people trying to make a living to deliver all of your weekly supplies for no tip is NOT COOL.

My family and I wanted a little afternoon snack while we were walking around the Greens, so we decided to try this place. Such a disappointment. The 2 girls working in there were not very friendly or talkative. They made our drink/food and didn't bother saying that anything was ready. They just put it on the counter and that was it. The crepes must be premade and didn't taste that great. My husbands toast didn't taste like it had Nutella on it like it was supposed to, but the girl said it was mixed with the peanut butter. My husbands smoothie had lots of thick chunks that he couldn't get through the straw so it was hard to drink but he did say that it tasted pretty good overall. My Acai bowl tasted fine but was already partially melted by the time I started eating it since it was just sitting on the counter. Honestly, my husband left a 20% tip when paying and we wished we hadn't left a tip by the time we left. Won't be going back.
