Went in yesterday for a couple of treats for an early thanksgiving and got a couple cream horns, two strawberry crunch cake pops, and at least five or six mini pan-cakes. The mini cakes were amazing and very moist and tasted great - same with the cream horns. Fantastic. The owner was also very kind and answered what questions I had - but when it came to the strawberry crunch cake pops, there was mold on the inside of them :( Tried double checking to see if it was just flour chunks or crunch pieces that had made their way inside the center, but sadly they were just mold spots. Hoping to go back in when they reopen to get a refund or a replacement.

Wonderful tasting cake for my granddaughter's birthday. Jennifer and her staff took care of my granddaughter and spoke directly to her regarding questions about the type of cake she wanted. They even let her pick out the exact sprinkle combo she wanted. The cake was beautifully decorated. Reasonably priced for the amount of detail and craftsmanship that clearly goes into creating a cakeblike this. I will be back for sure.

I order a Mermaid Cake for my daughter baby shower theme. Jenny did an awesome job from the detail of the cake with the the ocean blue water on the outside to the mermaid tails and shells on top and around the two tier cake i ordered was a marble on top and lemon strawberry on the bottom. The flavor taste of the cake was just as delicious as it looked. Her daughter delivered the cake to me in Dayton. Say Yes To Cakes did not disappoint I will encourage anyyone who need a custume made cake to call them. They have great customers service and aim to please. Also their prices are affordable. I wanted to support a local bakery by ordering a small heart-shaped wedding cake. The owner was very friendly at first, and I paid a deposit, but after that, she completely stopped responding to my emails and Facebook messages. The only response I got was a sad face emoji reaction to one of my follow-up messages.
My Maid of Honor also tried to help by contacting the owner, but even then, she was not apologetic and simply said that "time got away from her." This lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. With just five days left before my wedding, I had to order a cake from Dorothy Lane Market, which turned out to be cheaper and much more reliable. The owner finally called me 3 days before my wedding to apologize for the lack of communication and said she was still making my cake.... so I told her that it was much too late for that and requested a refund of my deposit. 2 months later, still no refund.
I wouldn't recommend this bakery to anyone looking for dependable service, especially for important occasions.
