Recommended, Great option for hotel based visitors to Dayton.Fresh takeout is tasty and a great value. Pizza toppings and cheese was good, but I haven't found a keto compatible crust I enjoy... this one was ok.Also bought a bunch of frozen meals that can be thawed in the fridge and reheated in the microwave. These were very good options and reasonably tasty instead of struggling to find restaurants that have keto options while visiting Dayton. They also have some tasty keto desserts if you have a sweet tooth.

Love PangeaKeto, I am currently using keto dietary plans to lose weight. I use to ruin my weekends by consuming to many carbs. Once I started visiting Pangea, my weekends have been successful. Customer service goes a long way and being on Keto and having a place to go to for my Keto food needs... WOW, it was awesome. We just found a new favorite place to grab food when we get tired of cooking Keto food at home. Lol The ladies there were amazing and very inviting.

Stopped in here after being on Keto for just over a month. So nice to have a local place where you can have hot food served, as well as various goods to take home. The lady who served us was extremely nice and helpful. Prices are fair and they even have a rewards program! Samples of some of their products are out front to try. Kudos to the owner and associates for providing this option.

Love their mission. Tried Frisco and smash dbl chz burgers. Both good, Frisco bread was better then the bun on smash. Both do have gluten if that matters. Bought a take and bake pizza and a prepared lasagna/gen bean meal that I've made yet. Will be back

My wife and I are on the keto wagon. The biggest problem was sweets. Low and behold, on a day trip to Dayton, we weren't even aware of this place. I'm so glad we tried it, all the sweets are delicious! Easily spent $100, and are we going to make runs from Toledo to Dayton just for this? Absolutely!
First time trying PangeaKeto today. Had no idea what to expect. Ordered the Cheesesteak and Mozzarella Sticks. This is hands down the best food I’ve had in the Dayton Area. I’m not on a strict Keto diet but sugar is obviously a battle for most people, including myself. Not only is the food delicious but it’s low carb and allows you to enjoy food without processed sugars and without the guilt afterwards. I don’t know how they do it but I could eat here every day and be healthy which is saying a lot I think when it comes to eating out. Super friendly service as well which seems to be a lost art these days. Awesome experience!

My sister and I stopped by an hour before closing and picked up quite a few things. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful in recommending items. We absolutely love their cinnamon sugar chips, chicken cordon blue, chicken salad, and Parmesan crisps!
