Food is decent chicken is overly greasy and mediocre, service terrible every time I order the mess up my food I happened to be in rush and was able to check my last order got home to missing items and a staff that don’t really care about accommodate in the customer for their mistakes . But for a Quick mediocre bite to eat is worth a visit just don’t have too high of expectations and make sure you check your food

The food is decent but is good for the price. The portions are in line if not slightly above what I’d expect for the price I pay; and that is important to me. The service is pretty good for a small fast food place located in the inner city. All in all, it was a better experience than what I expected. The only grips I have are with the digital menu on the screens above the counter. They needlessly cycle through the pages and they do so too quick for people to read it; the order taker has to hand out paper menus for people to read. Also they were remodeling during business hours which filled the dinning room with noice, dust and smoke; if the food wasn’t so messy I would have eaten in my car. They also didn’t have any outside seating to move to, that I was aware of.

On November 25, 2025, I provided special instructions over the phone for a call-in order of two fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, the order was not prepared correctly; I received fries with both sandwiches, and the fish was excessively cooked. Additionally, the requested lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayonnaise were not included. This has been a recurring issue, as previous orders often do not meet our specifications, particularly regarding the inclusion of tomatoes. We are disappointed with the consistent inaccuracies and the quality of the food.

Catfish is not Catfish, it's greasy and horrible... I know what Catfish taste like this isn't Catfish
First time ordering from here ..since it was the end of Shark 🦈 Week i thought i would try the Cod & Fries Meal along with a Funnel Cake for dessert. The Cod was big despite getting small piece meal and tasty. They have the best coleslaw. The Funnel Cake was ok ..was hard to chew on some parts.

Stood there for over 5 minutes while one was on phone talking, one cooking and the other texting just to tell me that they didn't serve crab cakes which was on the menu. Then I asked for 3 pc ckn but couldn't get a breast or wing with it. Sorry service...won't come here again
