While I don't mind when they use Folgers as a backup coffee, I do not like the people who actually run this coffee shop. The barista Haley was so rude and cold. I actually stopped coming when she was working because she always annoyed me. However there were two sweet ladies I am not sure of their names but an older woman and a very sweet girl with black hair, i think she might have had a blonde fringe. I miss seeing her as she always gave me good life advice.. I heard she was forced out by her rude boss, whom I have run into a few times. nasty lady, i personally don't want her running any coffee shop i go to. As for the older woman she was so gentle and caring, a kind soul that just needed some love. What a shame this place has become

They do not honor the gold card rewards for a free drink every 12 stars

The KIND fruit and nut bars are de'lish, vegan and gluten free.
Every time I've gotten a drink here they've been rude and my shots have been dead!
