Usually Sky Asian is our favorite place for sushi. However, this time the experience was not ideal. We had reservations at noon on a Saturday. The restaurant opened up at 12:06 with patrons waiting. We waited an extended period of time for water, drinks & menus & an inordinate amount of time for our sushi. The waiter brought us a complimentary beverage but we could not understand the long wait when there were only 12 patrons in the restaurant.

My first time trying this place was on DoorDash last Thursday. I ordered a hand roll, miso soup, and a single roll. Everything was so amazing I had to go visit in person. I went in on Friday right at open at 11am. I sat at the bar and Stella was my server. The food was absolutely delicious. I tried several rolls and individual pieces that were on special. What an incredible experience we had celebrating 9 years of Sky being in business yesterday!
Watched the 20 plus years of experience sushi chef (and team) carry out a 160lb yellow fin tuna and proceed to cut it. Then we all enjoyed a tremendous 9 course meal including not only that fantastic freshly cut tuna but many other delicious items.
Impeccable service provided by a group of great staff.
