Came here with a buddy who recommended you guys. Ordered mozzarella sticks and a 10oz bacon cheese burger with Swiss cheese. The mozzarella sticks were incredible and the burger was out of this world. The only thing that was meh was how long we had to wait for all of it. But then again it was pretty busy when we dropped in.

Great servers. Food is pretty cheap for what it is. It took a while for the orders to cone out, but they were packed full (Friday lunch).

Summary: One of Daytons oldest dives. Slyders is s spot where you go if you have a long lunch or have a day off. Staff is super friendly, food is exceptionally good. The prices are fantastic.

Pro: Food quality, Staff, and prices.

Cons: Speed of the kitchen is fairly slow and you will be waiting. If you dont get their at a good time, you will be waiting for seating.

Great neighborhood bar with the best burgers in Dayton. The service is awesome, but expect to wait to be seated. It's definitely worth the wait!

Best burgers in town. Staff is friendly and attentive every time. The place is usually packed and sometimes you might have to wait 40 minutes or so for your food but it's always been well worth it.

tried it for the first time today. In short, impressed. Great employees, authentic, honesty felt notably welcomed. oh BTW, haven't written a review in like 10 years. Food excellent. I didn't really study the menu, I would have expected it to be at least 16$, that would be a great price, but I about had a stroke when I saw it was 8.25. Service was terrific, Tori and Mr. Sleeves... Well, I was so moved, which rarely ever happens no matter where it is, that I wrote this review, no shit

The best burger, and wings in town, all in one place. Add on top of that, super kind and friendly staff you have an absolute home run. I've had the pleasure of being a patron here for 20+ years, and I hope to get to enjoy it for many more years to come. Joe is one of the hardest working people I know and he's culminated the best food and employees you could ask for. If I was trapped on a desert island and could only eat from one place for the rest of my days, Slyders would be my number one pick, without a second thought. I've never been remotely close to let down, or disappointed with a single thing I've ordered ever. Slyders is the only place I can say that about.

Slyder’s Tavern, a Dayton staple since 1948, offers a chill bar vibe with top-notch hand-formed burgers and fresh wings. With 14 beers on tap, including rotating craft options, it’s a solid spot for a quick bite and a brew.
