If you’re charging $10 for a burger then the place should be clean & not look worse than a run down Burger King. The bathrooms were gross, the booths have nasty covers on them. It does not fit the area at all.

I had the Double Spicy Jalapeno Smash ($10.39) and the Smash Fries ($3.29). The burger was delicious but for me there was almost too much seasoning on the fries. I’ll ask for less next time. Jasmine was very helpful.

Nasty experience, and the staff there are rude and idiotic. No respect towards the customer or dashers at all. Don’t think there is a proper supervision or accountability to Few employees working there ( not blaming all, but only few). One mark on the white paper is enough to blame the sheet so…..! I loved this store located in brown street. But its a bad experience in miamisburg store. Kindly correct ur employees behavior or appoint someone who is good with customer, a kind suggestion from me, hope u will consider it. Thank you

I’ve been here many times. This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. I ordered the single classic smashburger and a large smash fries. As you can see from the picture there was nothing “smash” about the burger, at all. It was thick and didn’t even come to the edges of the bun. The “large” order of smash fries, didn’t even cover the wax paper liner in the basket. Very disappointed.

Great burgers and price point better than 5 guys! The pre set menu can be modified to suit preferences if you want to. Came out hot and fresh on a Wednesday lun h time, I had the spicy jalapeno burger which was nice, not too hot but tangy and the meyard was excellent 👌 also, as they noticed my construction attire, they offered me a free drink to keep hydrated which was an amazing observation and really nice touch. I missed the young ladies name sadly but she was very polite and astute
