I ordered food for a pickup on 1/3/2026. When I went to the store to pick it up the store was closed at 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I've put in numerous complaints on their website which I was directed to do. I have yet to get a response. I just want my money back.

Food and service was outstanding! Friendly staff members and the food came out fresh. The interior is extremely outdated and somewhat gross. The seating is all worn out and the floors are old looking. Thankful for the wonderful staff and would be a 5 🌟 if the interior is updated a bit

This specific Smashburger served thicker burgers than the last ones I have been to, and they were just as good as all the others! This one was on the corner, it was clean, and the employees were very courteous.

Food was good. Staff is great. It just looks a little ran down. The options of condiments laying out and is non existent. It looks. A little blah. Not the staffs fault its clean id rather sit outside but it was to cold

Food was great. Service was good, but can be better. People that attend the restaurant looked that they have a lot of problems and they bring them to work. Not so friendly personnel.
I doordash from work any my oder was, had to wait until I got off and had to take my order back, they got my order right this time,but didn't offer me anything for my inconvenience.
Stopped to get a burger and the door was locked 30+ minutes before close absolutely unprofessional
