BE AWARE! 71 year old lady me walked in and about slipped on the floor. There is a fine layer of grease on the floor and I could not get traction with my sketchers at all. My husband had to walk me around and to the bathroom and back. There is no reason for this! You could see footprints all over the floor so I know it had a layer of an oily substance on top. I told the waitress who was very kind and she just said sorry. The employees again were wonderful but this is a lawsuit waiting to happen serious injury to someone. ! Please check this restaurant for cleanliness thank you

Have never been to a Smashburger, so decided to try while on vacation. Waited to order while crew member cleaned up the counters and put things away. Started to order and asked for a shake. Crew member tells us they cannot make shakes anymore that evening. Asked why as she had just made a shake for a customer ahead of us. We were told she had made too many shakes that day and was not going to make any more. We canceled our order and left based on the attitude of the crew member.

As a gluten allergic I asked restaurant's staff if they could prepare gluten-free hamburger & fries. They claimed that they did & I must say that the food was not cross-contaminaed & the burger tasted great! I highly recommend to people with celiac to consider this as a safe choice.
