I love that this location is conveniently located it’s ALWAYS CLEAN and organized staff is always very kind and accommodating when I ask them to split a smoothie for my picky kids I put 4 stars for ambience only because the walls are a little plain and lifeless.

Super clean smoothie shop. The staff was super friendly helping me get my account back after the Rebrand about a year ago. Got the new watermelon hydrate it was fantastic.

My son got two smoothies, but one kid was loose, and on the way home, it spilled. I called, and Jayon(?) couldn’t have been nicer! He wrote down my son’s name to get a replacement smoothie the next day. The next day, the gentleman who was handling the store said he saw my son’s name, and provided us with the replacement smoothie.

This place deserves the most stars, mainly because if they left this location I would be deprived of reliable, healthy, delicious smoothies. Always making the smoothies I order well before projected on the app so I never have to wait for mobile order. You all do a great job!

The store manager, Rob, solved an issue I had with the app, and made it right, so quickly and efficiently that I had to post a positive review. He took the time to understand what had occurred, and then rather than making me do a bunch more work to get it fixed, he refunded the duplicated order by handing me a gift card and then taking care of the back end app stuff.
The staff is always great as well. They work hard and I appreciate them making my favorite thing ever…”J’s Perfect Happy Day Smoothie”, which is essentially a Strawberry Kiwi Breeze, made with Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, pineapple.
Thank you Smoothie King staff in Centerville (and Beavercreek, because they rock too) for making the one thing that is the best for my health…body and mind.
