I ordered the gladiator smoothie and picked at first pineapple, but I couldn’t find another fruit I liked with it, and even asked for recommendations. Then I said I just wanted to get kiwi and strawberries as it went together better. The smoothie I got was white, so I asked if it had strawberries because it would pink if it did. The cashier checked the receipt, then proceeded to tell me that she went over it with me and that I agreed to it so… I will say she did verify the kiwi which I agreed to, but she did not verify the pineapple which is what was added instead of strawberries. I think this was unprofessional to blatantly tell me she read it to me and that I had agreed especially because that was not what I wanted, so how can I agreed to it? I understand that I was indecisive, so I was polite and kind. However, she just kind of looked at me like what do you want after telling me a lie and blaming the mistake all on me, so I took the smoothie that I paid for and left without saying anything. I am not trying to be a Karen, but I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time. Also, I’ve worked at a smoothie place before, and if there was a mistake even if not ours, we always remade it. If it was our mistake, we would also give an apology. Anyways, I will not be coming back, thanks for stealing my money:)

My smoothie wasn’t all that great. It tasted good it just didn’t have no ice in it. It was like you took chocolate milk and pour it into a cup kind of lukewarm.

The girl working there when we ordered... She was informative about the coupons, app, and the business in general for my first visit... She waited for us to read the menu without pressuring us... She made my family's bowls and drink meticulously like she cared. Made sure she used the correct utensils for each item like the blueberry scoop, for instance, for blueberries --instead of being sloppy or lazy and using whatever utensil grabbed first. Tamara, as a 15 year manager of restaurants around Ohio, I give you a huge applause. I would hire you any day and I hope the company appreciates your efforts near as much as I do. I would consider giving Tamara whatever position she wants to do. She shined!!

Went in Thursday, August 3rd. Four employees with three doing nothing and could not get waited on. Two were talking amongst themselves while the other at the order desk continued a lengthy conversation about jewelry. Don’t go, they don’t care about the customer.

I came in around 11:10 today 06/01/23. There was only one employee working and a ton of customers. They did an amazing job and we’re doing the best they could do. This employee deserves a raise I can’t imagine trying to juggle all of those orders by myself!

My favorite Smoothie King. They never made mistakes with my order but this franchisee refuses to change POS to Tap & Pay which is crazy. Now that it’s Spring going into Summer, store is much busier and some customers take too long digging into purses and wallets looking for cards.Employees are wonderful! My rating has to do with speeding up the process, getting in orders and customers PAYING quicker.

Showed up at opening time (along with 4 other customers) and they weren’t open. Waited 10 minutes and still not open so went elsewhere. I’m unsure if their operating hours changed so maybe an hour change needs updated through Google.

Haven't had any issues from any of my many visits ! I usually get two smalls so I can try different flavors & combos . Always get collagen in one which I assume is the reason my nails have grown so long n strong . Always fiber in the second one which helps me keep a great digestive flow . I go around 1030-11ish: little to no crowd, great parking, friendly employees .

30 minute wait. Not acknowledged by any employee when I entered, and was not acknowledged at all until an employee clocked in and came to the register. Employee was making smoothies without a hairnet with his long hair dangling straight down into the blender. ? Paid $20 for this type of service.

Two times in the past week I've been unable to get a smoothie either via broken credit card machine or line so long they tell me "the wait is going to be a while." Ridiculous! I tell the soul-less dweeb with glasses about my inconvenience and he could care less. Avoid this location! Plagued with problems lately! I'll take my money elsewhere!
