Your order will be wrong 10/10 times. I DoorDash from here, just because I know they will get it wrong and I’ll get DoorDash credits. Not to mention this place has the slowest service in all of fast food.

The wait time is ridiculous! I'm currently STILL in the drive thru with no end in sight. I've been here over a half hour. The lady at the window is just standing there swaying and not helping out. I will wait to post this till after I try the food. So far I would NOT recommend coming to this location, horrible service. I can see one guy standing around talking and eating bacon now. I'm finally at the window they confused my order, it happens... The lady said it's her first day. Ok I understand that. The bacon eating guy is dancing with cups now. Lol. Now it's been 45 minutes.... FINALLY FOOD!!! It was good. Not at all worth the wait. And to top it off not one napkin with a very greasy burger. So that wraps it up ladies and gentlemen, sorry so long.

Missing half the good ice cold, old old not even a few hours old… oh and do not ask to add ANYTHING to your order you will be told to get back in line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So tired of this location closing early on random days. I just went and sat in line at about 8:55pm on Feb 11 and after waiting for ten minutes an employee came out of the back door and started waving their hands like I needed to leave. Why do your hours state that you close at 11pm if you actually close at 9pm? This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

I ordered a single cheeseburger. I didn't specify the ingredients nor did they ask. But whatever sauce they put on the burger smelled extremely sour. I don't know if the mayo was bad or they put some other strange sauce on it. I didn't take one bite because it seriously stunk!

Wasn't that busy, but the wait was horrible. Then the wait for the forgotten food to even longer. Food was ok, but cold, no forks.

Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and the worker said it would be just a minute. Said hello after 15 minutes and four cars driving off and the worker gave attitude saying she’s trying to reboot the system and that we were being impatient. And immediately after we pulled off the car behind us got to order and so did the car after that. Needs better employees who actually communicate. If we would’ve known it was about the system we might not of said hello, just thought we were forgotten about.

I bought 2 bags of ice and the employee didn't tie the bag and it spilled half the bag. Didn't open the window to apologize and didn't offer to fill the bag. I didn't let it spoil my day but it could of turned dark if I wasn't in a great mood.

Ordered online, waited almost an hour tonight for food in the pick up spot. Forgot shake then was told to go back through the drive thru. While waiting in the pick up spot, the workers friends showed up and went inside, non workers having a great time. This place really sucks. Food was ice cold and disgusting never again.

I ordered on DoorDash a medium tot I didn’t get it and I had a small tot in a combo didn’t get it I ordered a medium jalapeño pepper didn’t get it and it wasn’t even on the receipt they gave me French toast and ranch I only got refunded $6 all this was more than that and the patty is black, I called the sonic they said I couldn’t get food tonight it’s closed so I said can I come tomorrow she says we can’t remake DoorDash food I work at Wendy’s and we do all the time if we make a mistake and she just hung up on me. Rude people

Couch Time

Ordered online two slushies. Get there only for the app to not work so we call and they tell us to wait through the usually long drive thru. Had three cars in front of us, one left the line because the wait was ridiculous. Defeats the purpose of an online order if you still have to wait through the drive thru. We get our drinks and they messed it up and gave us coke. Would not recommend this or any Sonic for that matter.

Like another review stated, 2 employee from night shift are shady. The drive thru window opens...REEKS of marijuana. She got my order wrong and tells me "that's what you said". Clearly I know what I ordered. Lastly, I read my receipt when I got home. She gave me 4 mini blasts (which I wanted) but charged 4 medium. Ugh please fire these 2

I recently visited this location for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My friend and I ordered three items but were mistakenly charged for four. While mistakes happen, what followed was incredibly frustrating.

When we asked for a refund for the item we didn’t order, the employee told us he needed to get his manager. The manager arrived shortly after and informed us that they “cannot refund us” and that we would need to contact corporate to request a refund.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. Since when can a business not resolve such a simple issue directly? Having to go through corporate for something as basic as a refund is unacceptable.

I left feeling disappointed and inconvenienced, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

3rd time is not a charm. nobody that works there wants to be there. the attitude and lack of costumer service is crazy. i pulled up to the drive thru and i get a “want can i get you” and before im done ordering tells me my total and to pull forward. then i get to the window and dude puts his hand out an says nothing lucky i new the total from the woman telling me over the speaker. 2 seconds later hands me my drinks and asks for my card saying it didn't go through like i LITERALLLLY didn't just give him cash. then gives me my food which was wrong and i ask for my sonic blast and then leave because im tired of repeating myself. the whole interaction was just uncomfortable and weird… will never be back 0/10

I previously had a complaint for this location as over the years the service/food was really starting to go downhill. Whatever changes have been made within the past year, things are really improving. Especially the service, pace, and friendliness. Keep up the good work guys!
