I come here specifically for the drinks. They have the best drinks around and if you order off the app, you get half price drinks all day every day so I order off the app I come to pick it up and check in and I wait 20 Plus minutes past my pick up time even when they are not busy. Then act like I’m the problem when I’m irritated that I’m sitting here waiting for that long. I’ve worked in service and this is not how it’s supposed to be.

Will the owner actually do something about this place? Or are they just gonna let it rot. Waited an hour for two drinks. Absolutely not. It’s obvious the owner knows there’s problems but won’t do anything about it.

We ordered 4 drinks only and the order receiver had troubles either hearing us or just generally getting it correct. This sonic is extremely slow on getting things out the window. Fortunately, the drinks were good and the food is, usually, as well. I assume this location is understaffed and the employees are doing the best they can with what they have.

The employees don't even respond properly. we had waited for 15 minutes, and when we went near the door, they responded and said to press the button, but we have been doing it for soon long.

This is a great location and a wonderful team that makes this Sonic so great!! Sometimes I just get a soda, sometimes i order food. Anytime & regardless of my order, I have a great experience.
Went through drive a minute ago. I tried to get them reat my order! They never did!!Gave me wrong food what food I got was alright except the mozzarella cheese sticks ! They fried the cheese out of them!!!

There service is worse then Wendy's... Sat in drive thur line for almost 30 min.. And drove off... That is unacceptable... Only 3 cars in front of me... Who is the manager They should be fired!

The most abysmal service I have ever personally experienced in my 46 years if life. I don't know where they found these people, not one of them is capable of basic human manners let alone customer service. Let me be clear, I've had better customer service from 8 year olds selling cookies and lemonade. Congratulations SONIC, I will never visit this location ever again. First the people working couldn't be bothered to step 2 feet out the door to the very first stall with a 2 drink order because it is too hot. Yes it's 91° but i had just mowed the lawn in that and it's only two feet to the first stall. Second when directed to go through the drive thru after waiting 20 minutes we started to give our order and we're cut off. We asked to repeat what I said and then they never answered. Decided to leave at that point.
