We waited exactly 40 minutes yesterday for an online order that consisted of only two drinks. 40 minutes before they even acknowledged us. I would have left if they weren’t already paid for. Came down to they made a mistake and gave it to a door dasher. So we had to wait for them to make it again. Didn’t offer to make anything right about the situation. Reached out to customer service, still didn’t hear back. May be in their best interest if they closed. The whole situation of waiting was not worth it.

I ordered a Dr Pepper and got some sort of slushy with chunks of what looked like strawberry and I don’t even like slushees and I also ordered chicken strips and I didn’t even receive those or the marinara for the cheese sticks. Genuinely don’t know how you mess up so bad it’s happened multiple times so safe to say I need to try a different location

I've been twice in the past few months, and both times, the card reader doesn't work at the parking stations. Also, the food takes about 20+ minutes for the food to come out.

Parking: You eat in the comfort of your own vehicle. Summer time is best for eating on the benches they have also.

Ordered chili dog & small shake w n toppings. Hot dog was gray & chili was watery. Shake was like ice milk, was extremely watery and had zero sweetness to it.Had to ask to have chili dog in bag. Have been here before and had no probs. But to throw $7 in trash i won't be coming back to see if they improve.
