When I walked into the Speedway on Alex-Bell and Springboro Pike, the whole place told me everything I needed to know before I even reached the restroom. Leaves all over the floor, dirt everywhere, and the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in three, maybe four days — honestly could be longer.
Then I went into the men’s restroom, and the pictures speak for themselves. The toilet hasn’t been cleaned in days. Look at the grime built up in the corners where the wall meets the floor. No paper towels. No soap. Just flat-out nasty. That’s not a “bad day,” that’s a place nobody has touched in a long time.
I walked back out toward the coffee station — man, I wouldn’t give that coffee away. No hot dogs on the rollers, the whole counter area dirty, and people’s used fountain drink cups just sitting there. Not thrown away, just sitting, like it’s normal.
This isn’t one shift, one employee, or one off day. This is accumulation — days of nobody caring. You can tell no area manager or district manager has set foot in that store for a while, because nobody with any authority would see this and allow it to continue.
I’m sharing this so people know what they’re walking into, because there are plenty of other places to go. This location clearly doesn’t care — not staff, not management, nobody.

This location needs a face lift, it’s dirty & cluttered. Customer service is good tho.
There are never any tornados or roller grill foods these days. There fridge has been down for 2 weeks nearly.
