Had a wonderful experience today! The baristas were super nice and welcoming. Also, one of the baristas has a real talent for drawing! I was really surprised to get such a cool design on my cup, and when she personalized my sister's cup I was beyond impressed with both their skills and their dedication to customer service. Great staff, and an amazing atmosphere.

Very rude staff or maybe she’s just racist (girl from Tuesday around 3pm) She was with an attitude the whole time we were there but with any other one she was very “fun” lol. I’m not coming back

I was warmly and promptly greeted, all of my questions were answered honestly (my idea for a beverage wouldn't have turned out well and I appreciate being told that,) and my barista was chipper and clear when she called out my drink order.

20 minutes for a cuppa coffee, that’s how long I was sitting in there the place wasn’t even busy there too focused on their DoorDash orders then helping their clients that come into the place. I will never come back to the slow establishment.

We went there on Monday February 3rd afternoon.
I clearly told the lady that I want two Splenda in my Latte.
She printed the label saying Stevia.
Coffee tasted weird so I went back and the Barista told me to add some Splenda if it is not sweet enough.
I did waste my money going to this place and I surely will not come back.

Very rude girls working behind the counter at 8:30 Monday morning. They got into a verbal altercation with a DoorDash employee and then started saying very rude things about the person after they left. Winan’s is much friendlier than the service I saw here.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks store ( Jamaica NY airport terminal 1) I ordered a venti matcha latte and a venti strawberry acai refresher, but what I got was completely different. When I brought it to their attention, they denied any wrongdoing and claimed I never asked for venti sizes. That's not true, and I know they have security cameras that can prove it. What's worse is the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their tone was dismissive and rude. The drinks themselves were also poorly made. The matcha latte was bitter and unpleasant. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and provides better training to their staff to be more respectful. And to all the starbucks customers out there, pay money for things that you might or might not get it. Good luck!

I go there all the time and I’m apart of their reward program on the app which makes it so much better! I highly recommend getting the app so you can save on future purchases! The workers are always so nice no matter how busy it is and they are always smiling and really make my day!

Dietary restrictions: Everything is fully customizable and I don’t they would turn down cleaning equipment for you if need be! There are also many different kinds of milk that have recently had the upcharge taken off of them!

Kid-friendliness: Their “tall” size is perfect for a kid!

I came into this Starbucks yesterday and asked for less ice, the worker was too lazy and made excuses saying my drink would be less if I got less ice…. When I always request light ice so I left and went to the Starbucks on Lyons rd requested exactly the same thing and they made me drink perfectly as I expected :) long story short both guys who were working yesterday were lazy when they had one job.

Always always short handed on staff. Specially on Saturday mornings. I hope corporate sees this review. You must add more team members. This is ridiculous. The wait time is so long. And the poor 2 people working can’t keep up. A busy Starbucks store with only 2 team members constantly? Are you kidding me ??
