I understand the chaos and business of Black Friday shopping but I at least expect to be treated the same as all of the other guests who had to wait 20+ minutes for their order. I’d expect the manager, Morgan, to have the same demeanor towards all of the waiting guests, not decide which guests she’d like to be warm and apologetic towards.

An employee at this location stole my credit card and went on a shopping spree all night along with having Doordash delivered to their residence throughout the night. Starbucks would not immediately release any footage. And I'm lead to believe it's a manager since they have access to the safe. I think thieves are disgusting and I know they know who their little thief is and to keep them to possibly steal from others is absolutely disgusting. You will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

Never been inside, but the few times I've been through the drive thru, I've always had fast and friendly service. I love their bacon and gruyere egg bites. Delicious! Can't go wrong with any of their fraps!

Ordered a sweet tea at drive thru. I got an unsweet tea. Went back thru and got another one. Again, not a sweet tea. Mcdonalds has much better tea and alot cheaper. June 6 2023 at 12:34 pm. Store 19868 register 4 drive thru. If this is sweet tea, it's terrible

Took a while to make my order when there wasn't anyone else in the store and when I did get it, my wrap was upside down and not wrapped.
