Echoing what others have said, they are short staffed and it shows in the speed of drinks and the attitude of the workers. It can't be easy to be so busy, with a drive through that blocks traffic, and have delivery pick up and mobile order pick ups being rude, all to be working non stop and try to plaster a smile on your face. It's a tough job! Some employees are better at hiding their anger and frustration than others.
My only issue is the order they do things seems backwards. Ordering in store seems to have your ticket pushed back repeatedly by mobile or drive through orders. At least mine did today. My ticket sat there printed and stuck to the metal as others were newly printing and getting made immediately just to sit in a line of drinks. When I finally asked after seeing this happen repeatedly they made my drink. Just be aware of this for ordering in store.

Staff was extremely rude today for absolutely no reason. So many atttidues working today and clearly they did not want to be working. I would 100% get your employees attitudes in check. I can’t wait till spring valley opens back up!!

Order was wrong even though I paid more then 15 bucks I guess it doesn't matter. I caller and was told they didn't care call in morning. Called in morning and was told nite Manger should have taken care of it. So guess ? I don't matter everyone else does bit you treat us all like this sooner then later you will not have any customers

Starbucks is awful. I don't get the fascination with the place. The coffee isn't good. If you get something other than regular coffee, it's all syrup. The venti only gets 2 shots of espresso. Independents and Winans have 3 in their large.

Every time I come here they are super short staffed. I love the convenience of having my Starbucks while I'm shopping, but I always have to wait forever. The poor girl behind the counter is always ambushed and alone so I frequently skip my coffee. You'd think with such a busy location, they'd try to staff it with more people. I've never seen it slow or no customers. Maybe they don't mind missing out on customers.*edit* Was told to reach out to corporate Starbucks to complain. This is a Target staffing issue... Nothing Starbucks can do.

This is a really nice Starbucks inside of Target. They always have a great collection of cups and mugs for the cup hunters out there. Their staff is extremely friendly too.I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it. When I was kind of "meh" about it, she added some additional flavors and it made it much better!My only complaint, is that they haven't gotten hip to the online/app ordering yet. Otherwise, this is a really nice location!

Why would you have 1 person working on the weekend let alone ever! Starbucks is a big brand start acting like it!! The only reason I have given one star is because the poor girl actually working was trying so hard and she deserves a raise and a promotion honestly running the place all alone like that.

My drink is consistently messed up at this location. Additionally, the workers on 8/17 were inconsistent with your they addressed us verses other patrons. It was enough that I'll not be back.

I had to give this location 4 stars instead of 5 simply because the lid was broken and when they handed me the cup it spilled in my car because they overfilled the cup. However when they got it fixed the drink was delicious. The staff was very nice.
