They have the worse customer service I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks. They are rude when you politely tell them that the drink is wrong the manager Brittany isn’t friendly at all when I asked for a refund due too my order being wrong for the second time. Don’t recommend this place at all.
Horrible service!! I placed an online order at 5:22 pm. Coffee & food. I arrived at the store at 5:40pm. When I asked about my order they started making my coffee. I asked about my food & it wasn’t ready either. I still had to wait 10 more minutes for my food. I point out the the person handing me my food that it had been over 30 minutes since I placed the order.
