Less talk from the staff and more work.
5 employees in a circle talking, while customers wait to order.
Grow up.

Very nice staff that didn’t make you feel pressured to leave after being handed your coffee. Other locations look at you like a maniac for wanting to have a laptop open while you drink your coffee.

My 15y/o son and I went to grab some coffee after his doctors appointment (he's on the caffeine treatment for ADHD, it's fiiiiine). We were promptly greeted by a very warm and friendly... person, that's what we're going with these days, right, just person? Yeah, person. They...👀, see I can do it, weren't pushy about anything, but my son asked what they recommended and was told about the white chocolate iced coffee. He agreed it sounded nice, but opted to frappe the thing, because that's what we do, and I went with my usual white chocolate, vanilla, & a hint of hazelnut, blonde 6 shot frappe, shaken, not stirred, just like Bond. We grabbed some new accessories (cups), a cold brewer I'd been eyeing, and just a couple (12) birthday cake flavor cake pops, half of which were mine all mine... with which I'll expand my waistline. It took maybe a few minutes, as the drive through WAS kind of busy, and then our order was up. My son loved his drink at first sip, mine only needed a tiny bit of extra primping in the form of 3 more pumps from the old vanilla bottle, and mama was a happy camper, well, no camping was happening, but with the energy I got from that drink, I could have hiked up a mountain, maybe, on a good day, if my knees let me, and I wasn't overly fatigued from the day before... and lazy. All in all not bad. A little empty feeling inside, like, it could use some plants and a bit of warmth in the way of decor, and there were boxes in the lobby area, which, I get, but still, as someone who's managed many a store, that's a no no to just let them sit there. Either do the thing, or put them behind the counter somewhere. Other than that, though, quite nice, and no squabbling over me needing my extra shots of vanilla, which was nice. Not having them say "that'll be. 75 cents" over a flavor shot made the experience a good one, which made my day almost pleasant. I may have actually cracked a bit of a smile! I know, scary!

Vegetarian options: For everything on the menu, there are options, oat milk, soy milk, milk milk, mouse milk, fly milk... ok, I made those last 2 up.

Dietary restrictions: There are loads of options, so if you've restrictions, there's probably somethings else you can option in instead.

Parking: Parking isn't much of an issue, as most people are in live at the drive through anyway.

Kid-friendliness: I mean, it's a coffee shop, how kid friendly do you think it's gonna be, it's got caffeine in it. There is a children's menu, and kids options as far as cupware to purchase, but I didn't see any coloring books... darn it!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible! That's... that's it. That's all I got on that one.

Went later in the day closer to closing time. They were out of cold brew but very understandable since the PSL is in full swing. Lobby was very clean and trash was not overflowing. Service was exceptional and swift. Very friendly environment, was not very busy. I've been to this location on a Saturday morning and bared witness to the craziness. They usually handle it very well and there isn't a huge wait. The food is always hot and well made. I would have liked to see a trash can outside on their patio for waste. My only concern is the turn from the drive thru to the main road. It is congested most of the time during peak hours and can sometimes cause a jam.

Parking: Drive thru sometimes interferes with dine in parking
