Honestly, this used to be a great location but recently it's been bad. There's usually only one barista and that causes service to be slow as well as my drinks are inaccurate to what I requested. Such as sizes being wrong or missing syrup I requested. I do think it'd be better if there were more baristas on deck, I think the employees are poorly trained and stressed out.

So I used to love this location but now days when I go there's only one employee there and when Paradise is working the service is quick, friendly and accurate... however when the lady Maryann is working, the service is sooooo slow and now very friendly. I don't understand why she moves so slow but my time in line triples with only half the ppl in line versus when someone else works. Maryann takes her phone out a lot, idk if it's to look up the recipe for the drink she's making or what but I don't think this position is the right fit for her. I walk out almost every time she is working because I dont have 25 mins to stand in a Starbucks line. I leave and make it to colonal Glenn location and get my drink, I'm sure, we'll before I would've even gotten it at waiting at Kroger. So disappointing.

I don't drink their coffee because of politics. My daughter wanted a certain cup and I was able to find one. I refuse to spend money there but Christmas time I had to.

Lanaysha is the best Starbucks worker in the world! She needs a raise because she works so hard and is under appreciated for all of her hard work and dedication to the company. She greeted us with kindness and compassion and gave us excellent service. She deserves to be noticed for all of her hard work!

Been having trouble with this location for a while. Every time I try to use my points I don't get them. The people who work through have tried to help quite a few times. When I call can't understand anybody. Walked into the head 450 points. Walked out with 350. Nobody wants to help. I have called quite a few times

Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the fact they usually only have one worker who is so overworked and a super long line. I don't blame the Starbucks I do however blame the Krogers, do better. Treat your employees better, get more employees in the Starbucks and quit overworking the few amazing ones you have

Paradise (manager) & Missi are the BEST!!!! Every time I get a caramel frappe with extra whipped cream and caramel drizzle and they never disappoint. They are always friendly and very efficient. I won't go to any other Starbucks! Great job ladies!!
