Been having trouble with this location for a while. Every time I try to use my points I don't get them. The people who work through have tried to help quite a few times. When I call can't understand anybody. Walked into the head 450 points. Walked out with 350. Nobody wants to help. I have called quite a few times

Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the fact they usually only have one worker who is so overworked and a super long line. I don't blame the Starbucks I do however blame the Krogers, do better. Treat your employees better, get more employees in the Starbucks and quit overworking the few amazing ones you have

Paradise (manager) & Missi are the BEST!!!! Every time I get a caramel frappe with extra whipped cream and caramel drizzle and they never disappoint. They are always friendly and very efficient. I won't go to any other Starbucks! Great job ladies!!

This is definitely my fave Starbucks location ?? the barista who's name is Paradise ...now she is jus sooo bomb ? be having that location feeling like paradise okayyyy ??♀️ drinks be on point hunty yassss ? all the other places I need extra pumps of brown sugar in my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso but nooooope not here because Paradise is AMAZINGGGG ? && don't get me wrong the other baristas there are great too but I jus don't know their names ??♀️ keep up the great work Kroger woodman Starbucksss ??♀️??♀️

This Starbucks is the literal worst. The workers are rude and unsanitary. The barista was eating while making my drink and didn’t even wash her hands.
