The wait was long which would be understandable if the barista (cameren I think?) didn’t spend so much time flirting with the only other person working and did her job. The customers do not need to hear about her money trouble and her arrangement with paying back her coworker.

Also she did not offer me to use my points, I went to use my rewards, scanned my phone and she proceeded to cash me out because “I didn’t tell” her I wanted to use my rewards even though it showed on her screen.

Placed a mobile order for 4 drinks and a wrap. Walk in and Abigail was the only working with at least 15 drinks to make while still taking orders that walked in the door. Informing them of the wait and still moving along with making the drink orders and communicating with all customers waiting. She remained polite and professional. Working hard to complete the orders and still maintain the high standards. She deserves a raise as she showed what true customer service is, being alone and still running the counter, register and customers like a pro. Coming from someone who works in the service industry understanding how hard she worked. She is rare.

Inaccurate hours online. No hours on the door. No way to figure out when this place is actually opened.

Too lazy to adjust their own hours. Tell you instead to go online to figure it out where it's from.

Really confused about the negativity in the comments, my sister and I had a great experience here! First, they were out of some items and were really apologetic, which was really considerate. The suggestions they made were even better than the original items we planned to order! They filled up my sisters water for her and even gave her the bathroom code before she even asked! The vibes were nice and the food and drink were good as always. Brandon was the sweetest and deserves the recognition!
