The service at this store is terrible. My drink spilled during preparation, and the staff didn’t replace it. I also bought a cup, but at checkout, they didn’t provide a bag and just expected me to carry it out directly. I won’t be coming back a second time.

Its a bit understaffed or they just move too slowly. The atmosphere is not cozy.
The slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. I've been to some all over the United States and overseas. They cannot seem to multitask and make more than one drink at a time. Ask for a basic cold brew and you have to wait for them to make a frapp and other iced drinks.

I think it's a shame that this Starbucks practices completing mobile orders and door dash orders before the customers who are actually in the store.I sat on Thursday for over 20 min after ordering to get my drink. I saw two other people who ordered in store get dismissed by the staff when they asked about their orders as well.What a shame.
