Every morning when I stop in and get my coffee, I get so happy when I see that Janie is there, she makes my coffee right every single time and she’s always so nice. Honestly, seeing her in the morning, makes my morning better every day and I leave in a positive mood. The world needs more Janie’s.

Got done shopping and decided to try the iced cherry chai… 1) it’s freaking delicious I’m obsessed and 2) The young lady Rhi working was amazing!! She was so kind, cool, calm, collected and quick! There was 2 people ahead of me and 2 behind me and she was the only one working. She needs a raise!!!

Obviously someone is deleting bad reviews being that I’ve left one before nowhere to be found. Please people listen to me save your money and go to a different Starbucks. This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. There’s not one person working this Starbucks location that knows how to make the drinks properly. I gave one more chance being that I was inside Kroger already. I gave my order the girl didn’t understand she stated something else I said NO so I showed her a picture and she still got it wrong!!! My fiancé trying to be nice just stopped for a drink for me brings it home could you guess it yes it’s not made right. It’s so bad I took one sip it went in the trash. I think whoever is overseeing this Starbucks needs to make some major changes train the employees properly instead of just pushing them in. For the amount of money you spend on one drink there should never be an issue. I’ve ordered drinks from many different employees at this location and just about every single time the drinks are made wrong. Save your time and money go to a different Starbucks location!!

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. The service was incredibly slow, and I stood for 20 minutes just to get an awful Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers, and they clearly didn't know how to make my drink correctly. I don’t even know what they gave me—it was nothing like what I ordered. To top it off, their behavior felt lazy and even racist. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I won’t be returning to this location or any starbucks

Used to be my favorite store, not anymore. Went thru months of problems between drinks being completely wrong, and if it was Shelbie that made it wrong and you told her she was AWFUL about correcting it. She’d snatch up the drink, throw in a bunch of milk and say “that’s pretty much the only difference “ before slamming it back in front of you. On multiple other occasions I placed a mobile order, money was deducted from my card, only to get there and find the store closed…once about an hour early, another time in the middle of the afternoon. Decided to give another chance today due to seeing new faces, thinking it would be better. Nope. Still didn’t get what I ordered, and I even added extra mocha AND lined the cup with mocha because they are stingy with it…. You cannot see or taste mocha at all. Pic of what I ordered vs what I got will be attached. No intention of wasting my money there ever again. Just close the store, it’s awful.

Not good. Ordered a hot cafe latte. The barista made my drink wrong and instead of starting over she just poured some of the espresso shot out and replaced it with more milk. So basically I got a cup of hot milk. I am reminded why I don’t go to Starbucks. Overpriced and never right.
