Colored hair lady who usually helps me. Every time I order she is very rude and makes it seem like it’s a hassle to do her job and serve me. She just has a really bad attitude and it really reflects on the place. Whenever I come I hope I don’t have her as my server/barista, what does that tell you about the place?

HORRIBLE SERIVE soooo slow, doesn’t acknowledge costumers and just overall so so slow. Don’t come to this starbucks if you have to be somewhere! They will leave you disappointed

I will say for any Starbucks, if you have time constraints and need to be anywhere in a hurry, use a food app or go thru the drive through. Have been standing in the lobby for 15 minutes after my order and still waiting.Horrible process for those needing to be to work on time.

The woman with the blonde hair that worked on 07/25/2023 at 7:40am should absolutely be fired. She has a TERRIBLE attitude and decided to have a whole conversation with a customer about his trip to NY before even helping me. So apparently, she can be nice to CERTAIN people. And if a macine is not working, maybe have a sign up saying so to give the customer ample time to make an alternative choice, instead of being condescending when they are trying to make a decision. I wish I got her name, but of course, when you stop at Starbucks you think you'll be helped and leave in a decent amount of time, not stuck there waiting for the barista to finish their conversation.

Worst starbucks EVER!! Horrible service. Baristas are so rude. Espresso machine is ALWAYS broken. I literally never leave reviews but this starbucks needs a makeover, apparently new machines & baristas need to be trained on customer service.
