Had a personal issue, came in to use the phone to notify police of said issue. Grace and others on staff were so kind, considerate, and helpful.

I go to this starbucks everyday, how can you say we have no half half? You are a coffee place, mgmt must be horrible. A krogers across the street is a simple fix. When you are a Mgr you have to do these things time to time. You don't tell people we are out of half half mid day.

Ordered a cortado for here. Got a spit foam bubble cappuccino with no attempt at latte art. Restrooms were dirty and no towels or napkins available. Would find another coffee shop if you can!

I waited over a half hour for 4 drinks. It was busy so I give them the benefit of doubt. The drinks were okay the shaken oat milk expresso was not shaken well.

As a dedicated Starbucks customer, I am writing to express my frustration with the subpar service I consistently receive at this location, which is the most convenient for me. Unfortunately, I have had multiple negative interactions, including with managers like Casey. The staff has displayed unprofessional behavior, such as laughing and eye-rolling, and has repeatedly failed to prepare my drinks correctly, even after I have politely asked for them to be remade. While some employees excel in their roles, the overall service falls short of my expectations.

I usually visit this Starbucks every morning, but unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one particular employee. The short black woman who typically works the drive-thru window in the mornings has consistently been rude during my visits. I don’t like to call people out unnecessarily, but I feel compelled to share my experience.

Today, she laughed in my face without any provocation, as if I were a joke. I didn’t say anything to her, but based on how she’s treated me in the past, it seems she felt comfortable doing this. As a loyal customer, I find this behavior unacceptable.

On a more positive note, every other drive-thru employee I’ve interacted with has been wonderful. I’ve never had any issues with them, and they’ve always been friendly and professional.

Not a big fan of cashiers automatically tipping themselves for making me an already extremely expensive coffee when I go through the drive thru. They've done it several times but I am not evil enough to report them to the police and get these young ladies in legal trouble over a dollar. Just understand that I'm sure a lot of customers know what you are doing and you will only get away with it for so long.
Also not a fan of them holding their device out the window to guilt trip me into tipping them for an already expensive drink. If you don't like how much you are making find another job. It isn't the customers job to pay you a livable wage it's your employers. I remember making 7 an hour with no tips. Now people doing these minimal skill jobs are making more than twice that and expecting you to tip them for making a drink that took them 15 seconds.
