I ordered a grande dark roast with half and half and a splash of heavy cream. This was supposed to be a simple order so I didn’t need to brew a pot when I got home.When I received the order it was sweet like artificial vanilla. I immediately called the store and they apologized profusely for the mix up, claimed Starbucks doesn’t serve dark roast after 11am and that the baristas use medium roast on all dark roast orders then wrote my name down for me to come back to have them remake it.Now; the app allotted 10 minutes for my drink which is pour over timing. If the coffee is changed from one type to another that should have been communicated to me as medium roast has more caffeine than a dark roast. This also means it’s no longer the drink I ordered. Thirdly, using whipped cream as a cream for a hot coffee is not acceptable. Beyond the artificially sweet “vanilla” flavoring the cream curdles out of the coffee when it’s chilled.I poured the order over ice the moment I got home to test if it was my actual order. Nothing about this drink was correct. The lie that Starbucks does not offer dark roast after 11am was bad (I can forgive this as pure laziness) but having a drink with curdled milk is disgusting.Even though I pass this location every day I will never stop here again.

WOW! What an awful experience! I used to be a Starbucks partner and would have never dreamed to treat a customer like how my friend and I were treated. We had some time to kill this morning, so we decided to get a coffee and sit in the cafe. We got to the counter and the woman was automatically rushing my friend to get her form of payment ready before even ordering. My friend felt rushed (keep in mind it’s 0615 and there is no one inside besides us) and couldn’t think of what she wanted to drink, so she just went with her go to drink. I then ordered next and asked for banana bread. Before I could ask for it warmed, she walked away. She brought it back and I then asked for it warmed. She rudely told me how it doesn’t come warmed and if that’s how I want it, I need to ask. I then stated I knew that but she didn’t give me the chance as she walked away. She interrupted me and asked “anything else?” I said yes, a venti americano, HOT, and nothing in it please. She then looked at my friend and told her the total. We went to sit down and wait for our coffees and the woman started talking about me and my banana bread and how I was in the wrong. I could hear her. I then got up and asked for the store manager. The woman who claimed she was the store manager was automatically short with me (couldn’t catch their names as they were not wearing name tags) I told her how rude it was to treat customers this way and explained what happened and how the woman from the register was talking about me in a rude manner. She said she has a headset on so she can’t hear. I tried to talk with her further but she then simply walked away from me. All I can say is I will NOT be back to this location. Horrible customer service, major attitudes and they couldn’t even make our coffees correctly. You’d be better off going to McDonalds.

WORST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA! Stay away!!!!!!!!!Read other reviews that clearly states that this location particularly has consistent rude customer service. Managment obviously allows such egregious behavior from staff. I've reached out to corporate several times requesting that a member of leadership contact me back. It's been 2 months and management refuses to "hear" my concern. I will travel to other nearby locations and this one should be shut down or hire newly trained team members. One incident the staff member (with the short black and grey afro) rudely asked me to get out of my car because she was not going to scan my app or hand me drinks from outside the window. UNREAL!!!

Horrible experience at this location in Englewood. Pulled up to order and they were out of all seasonal coffee flavors. The staff were also extremely rude and un-friendly.

I had a not so friendly experience this morning at the Englewood location. I ordered through the app for an in store pick up and when I arrived it did not look like the inside was open so I went through the drive through in which I’m unfamiliar with their drive through pick up process. I was greeted with a very passive aggressive team member. I started to tell her she can keep the order and tip on the app anyway but I chose to accept my order, but I definitely will not go back to that location.

I always have had a good experience at Starbucks! Usually they are quick and the majority of the Employees are kind!Parking: Parking is usually okay! If the Cafe is somewhat busy then there is some trouble finding a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: They have cheep kid size Hot chocolate but that is about the only kids drink they have! However they have tons of Cookies and cakes for kids and customers of all ages!

Horrible, horrible. Like an ignoring you and the inattentive attitude. Plus the curt behavior of it's employees. After ordering, the extensive wait begins. Which I can deal with. The temper tantrums I can NOT from these younger Starbucks workers. Ok, I get it. It's a tremendously busy Saturday later morning coffee drinks rush at this location right off of I-70 (south, Meijer's behind it). But when I kindly asked about my remaining order's status? Quit the snapping turtle reactions you Starbucks privileged people. I'd never come here again. Poor service and even poorer made drinks. There's a good reason for these kind of reviews. Especially at these ridiculously higher prices that they now are charging their customers. I rarely visit a Starbucks anymore. Too expensive for what you get.
