Terrible place customer service rude as hell

The food is great but we can never get it, they’re always closed. We have tried to figure out their hours and just can’t. They open later than they say and close (hours) earlier. It’s so frustrating that it doesn’t even feel worth it to try.

Went to the new restaurant in Englewood and the experience leaves a lot to talk about. I ordered two triple cheesesteak sandwiches, a small and a regular and the regular was supposed to have extra meat on it and a regular fry. Well sat there and then the manager was like oh we forgot to make your food. We’re doing it right now then top it off when the food got there open my sandwich cheese was cold, not melted, 1/2 of the sandwich barely had any meat on it and I did ask for double meat. The other half had me partially melted cheese and the rest of the cheese was not melted and cold. If I wanted a cheese sandwich, I could’ve stayed home and slapped some cheese on two pieces of bread myself , this truly makes me not want to go back there. I understand there was a rush, but you still need to make sure the food is prepared properly and not have done or actually not done considering I could pull my cheese off and slices. It was that cold.

We watched him smoke a cigarette with the one glove on than put other glove that was in pocket back on after smoking and went back to work . Also they only sell cold fries . Appreciate you trying to make a good business in Englewood, but go on with that disgusting work and food!

I ordered 4 grand escapes and all was made wrong. They were out of fries. Ran out of steak. The steak was dry. There was so little steak you could bearly taste it. It was more of a covenant store than a restaurant.. this was the worst $40 spent. Just wanting to specify. Englewood Ohio location

Horrible experience, not sure how they got an occupancy permit, electric panels two feet from grill and water. Very little steak and a mouth full of onions. Stay away!!

I tried this place in the food court for the first time today. It was actually REALLY good! The people working there all seemed to be family and they were SUPER nice. My son and I will definitely go back.
