I tried this place in the food court for the first time today. It was actually REALLY good! The people working there all seemed to be family and they were SUPER nice. My son and I will definitely go back.

Charged me extra to swap banana peppers instead of mushrooms on my Philly cheesesteak. Since when did this start? Have ate at this place a good 20 years. Food & service used to be great. Now they skimp, have zero passion & are plain rude. Owners need to retire. I'll take my business to Penn station.*Edit to owners* Yes you people skimp! Quit with the lying. Charging people to swap out for another topping is just plain greed. Penn Station doesn't do that. And their subs are better & cheaper!Just look at all the negative reviews. Owners of this business are snooty jerks! I'm aware of supply chain issues & costs. I hope this place fails.

Their posted hours say they close at 7pm (which is really early as it is) and I got there just a few minutes before 7, but they nevertheless told me they were closed. I guess they didn't want my business. I went to Sakura instead, which is open till 9pm when the mall closes. I'm glad Sakura appreciates having customers.

Make sure to check your receipts. I got only one Sub added fries & drink for myself for $11.48. Then I went again to buy my son the same & it was a totally different price $18.61.

The sign was discussing. The food was fresh. Service was rude. One lady was trying to take our order while cooking. The lady that did take our order was very good. She repeated our order back. Can't see the whole menu from the check out area. All around a great place for somewhere I don't visit but once every maybe 6 months or more. Thank you for the great service I did have
asked for a fiesty amingo fry with no steak and buffalo sauce.. employee asks if I want everything but steak on the fiesty amigo and i say yes. i leave with my food, expecting jalapeno and pico and sour cream. opened my fries and it was just cheese and buffalo sauce.

good food but they r ridiculously slow!! i can be the only order in queue the entire time im there and it'll still take them about 5 minutes to put buffalo sauce and ranch on some fries.

I don’t hate it here at all good food one of my favorite spots but you need to fire your cashier or whatever her position is black hair green highlights can’t take an order to save her life messed up the people in front of me and my order and when she handed me my food I told her it was wrong she put my order down and instead of fixing it ran to the back leaving the other workers who were doing everything while she just stood there to do it all
