The food is great and the service is good but can be better, IF you can get a place to sit. If the restaurant is full and you can't get a place to sit, just leave because you'll just be wasting your time. None of the staff even acknowledged I was there. I've been here multiple times, and tonight was the worst of them all. I highly doubt that any of the management will see this review because they surely didn't see 5 people walking out due to the lack of open tables. Anyways, don't come here any time around or pass 7 or 8.

The Texas tenderloin was awful. It was so thin and then fried and it had no flavor!! What happened to the big round Texas tenderloin that you all used to serve?? This is like eating cardboard!!

Total let down. First time customer. The oil for the sampler platter was old and overused. I ate a deep fried teezer and a mushroom and the oil was so bad it was the only thing I could taste. I got the cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak and the only thing good about both of them was the bread. The price vs the food not even close to being worth it. This is the N. Dixie restaurant. Maybe the whole experience of it being nice is to eat inside; but that wouldn’t of changed the outcome of the food. Ill stick with Penn Station.

Had a Luigi Sandwich and Not a Single Complaint. The service was at the bar and Bri was awesome and Worked the whole area by herself and satisfied everyone ? I'll return
I put an order in and didn't know that they no longer have delivery anymore ? so I went through the drive thru. The lady on the phone was nice and the gentleman in the drive thru was cool and friendly. But the Food! The wings were meaty and the flavor was average nothing special. The sub wasn't a sub it was a Sandwich the size of a fish filet at McDonald's just a little bit bigger than white castle's burger for 12 bucks! Not a value at all. They have become so over priced if they can't handle it in the food industry then it's time for a change. For me back to Penn station where value still matters...
Parking: Nothing much to it. Plenty of parking as long as the establishment isn't busy.

They claim all cheesesteak sandwiches are double meat, but of the 4 orders we had for dine in, only the whole sub was. We were disappointed. It was a clean place with lots of t.v. viewing.
