Went at 7:15 at night. Ordered 2 sandwiches. There was not enough tuna for a footlong so changed that one to a 6 inch. He put a minimal amount of tuna on the sandwich, there was still some tuna, about a scoop left in the bin. Why not add that to the sandwich? There was 3 times as much lettuce as there was tuna. Not a good experience.

I arrived at this location at 640. I was the only person in the store, but the solo worker was working on an online order. The worker finished up these making two flatbreads around 650, and as the worker was finishing wrapping them, another customer finally entered the store. They had an online/doordash order that was not ready. At this point the worker finally acknowledged me and told me he would help me after he finished the next two doordash orders he had not yet started. After waiting 10 minutes for two subs to be made for the order ahead of me, and having two new orders jump me, I didn't have an hour to wait to finally be helped. I used to frequent this location but after multiple examples of this I'm not sure I'll be going back.

I wouldn't even give it a one star but it made me give something lettuce was brown and slimy still serving to customers asked for fresh lettuce they bring out a bag of unopened brown slimy lettuce and said this is what the truck brought us what would you like us to do common sense is to either go to another store and get good lettuce or just say your out whoever now owns the store needs to know that that is against health regulations!!!!!

Ordered online, received a phone call from staff asking us to cancel the order on our end. This is not possible through the app or website. We were not given any options for refunds or credits. The staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Will be contacting corporate

Bought 2 footlongs yesterday. The bread was stale & crunchy instead of soft. Didn't enjoy the subs at all because of this.

I have never seen anything like this. This is a pretty busy subway in the middle of the lunch rush and this subway has ONE(!) employee. This poor girl is really nice and clearly trying her best, but how tf does Subway expect her to handle an entire subway rush BY HERSELF?? That is not fair.
I've been here before when it was slower, and it was the same girl going through a very similar thing, so these staffing problems are egregious & consistent.
SUBWAY: YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES.
