I had ordered my food online because I have a 30 minute lunch break. I pick up my food, get to work and notice that I had no meat put on my sub. I called and called with no success. I had to clock out during a very busy time at work to go back to the store. Arriving in the store, they addressed me by name and knew the mistake that was made. The staff was very apologetic and ready to take responsibility. I do appreciate that, just very upsetting that I had wasted my lunch break, has to clock back out, and drive to the store to get the issue corrected.

Absolutely terrible. Pre proportioned meat was a joke and the worker kept giving these silent stares after I would ask a question or say what I wanted next. Any other location has done 100% better from what I've seen.

Go to the Subway on Alex Rd. You’ll get better customer service, they're quicker, they will actually remain open until the advertised time, and they have a different owner! I enjoyed my experience!

Literally morons how can I order and oven roasted sandwich and not even get it roasted. I ordered online and they did not toast my steak and cheese sub then they forgot the cheese and black olives on my tuna and also failed to toast it. You try calling and no one picks up. Older guy, 50's- 60's age longer grey hair.Watched him shove food in his face, lick fingers, stick gloves on to make food without washing. While that meal was being toasted, watched him wipe a snot rocket from his nose, leaving glove wet. And went right back to making food without changing gloves/washing hands.Incredibly unsanitary location.Absolutely disgusting. Watch who makes your food. I prefer to not have others spit/snot/bodily fluids in my food.Had someone else make my order.
