Today March 6, 2024 at 11:44 am I ordered a turkey wrap for $9.79. I want my money back. The acting manager was rude upon sight. I walked in smiling. She did not greet me with a hello and or returned the gesture of being pleasant. Ok no problem. We all have our moments. I was there to get lunch for a friend and self. I only ordered one sandwich because of her tart behaviour.Being that I was ordering for another, I attempted to hand her the pre writ sandwich ingredients. I was attempting to be as compliant as possible. Thinking this would best for the sandwich artist. Instead she retorted "I can't hold that with my gloves". Understood I quickly complied to be agreeable. I asked for a turkey wrap. Being that I was receiving no positive feedback from the acting manager. I just stopped speaking after turkey wrap and a few ingredients I asked for.I know the sandwiches are passed down to the next station which is veggies. From there my visit was more pleasant. Shaniqua took over from there. I appreciate her for absorbing the ill behaviour of acting manager. As I proceeded to tell her my ingredients. I asked for pepperoni that was on my list. The acting manager replied "she didn't tell me that". Absolutely unnecessary and henceforth I will not visit that site again as long as she is there. I did not deserve to be treated in such a hateful way. No one deserves that behaviour just by walking in the store.

This is not a clean establishment. I didn't feel welcomed either. It's as though the workers don't like their job. Or, they just didn't like me. Either way I won't be back anytime soon.I cannot complain about the food, everything seemed to be in order. It just needs a little clean up, remodeling wouldn't hurt.Vegetarian options: Build your sub anyway you like, including without meat.

I visited this location twice this year. Once I went in, ordered my food, and all was well. I went back the next day at 4:15p but they were already closed (door hours state 5p). Strange.

I hadn't been to this location before. Being that it's downtown, I had to pay for street parking. Meter parking I paid 50 cents wasn't to harsh. The service was quick and delicious.Parking: You pay at the meter.

AWFUL lady working there. I PAYED online for a pickup order, and went in 20 minutes early. Line was completely empty. No one ordering whatsoever. I advised that I was early and if I could have my order made, since it was payed for. Three employees there, but one lady in particular, , older maybe late 40’s, white, blonde hair with pink eye shadow, flat out refused to make my order because I was early and she’d “lose money”. Order was payed for! I explained that my order was made and she would still not make my order. Never going back again.

Very very very disappointed. Me and my coworkers come to this subway 3 times a week. A few minutes ago I delt with a blonde elderly lady who did not understand the basic concept. We have ordered subway sandwich through online and I came to pick it up a little earlier due to my class. I showed the lady my order paid for on my cell phone and asked to be made earlier and not having wait until 11:50 am. After we explained 3 times abd showed my order online, the lady continued to say that she cannot make the order until she receives it in her system or else she would loose money. We showed her the order paid for with a receipt and still did not make my order. Unfortunately I had to rush back to my class and I did not take my order. We will never go back to thus subway due to this ladies uneducated behavior. Subway please train your management or employees that it's okay to make an order a little earlier and understand that things could happen with timing. Especially if they are shown an order number paid for. You will be loosing my business along with 10 other who came to this subway just because of this lady not knowing her job. Please educate yourself.Have a nice day!

Store used to be great for online orders, but lately has been terrible. Last 4 orders I placed were all wrong. Placed order online indicated what sandwich, chips, cookies and drink I wanted. Every order had at least two items wrong. Usually the wrong drink and either the wrong chips, or the wrong quantity of cookies.
