I would rate them beyond 5 stars because the customer service is amazing every time I arrive on my lunch, along with the fresh food, I truly appreciate the patience and recommendation when I am uncertain about what I want. You can truly taste the love in your meal.

Picture this. I am exhausted after my shift, starved, desperate. I decide to doordash from this Subway establishment. A Subway Club with mayo, garlic aioli, and parmesan vinaigrette. A good sandwich that I trust from Subways. What arrives isn’t a good sandwich, it’s the best sandwich I have ever had in my life !!!! Generous sauces, delish meats, soft and sweet bread. Whoever made that sandwich you made my day, MY YEAR! I hope every single employee gets a raise. Never in my life will I doubt this store. This is the place where happiness is real and true. I love you Subway sandwich maker.

On 6/5/25 I went to Subway at 4000 North Main Street to buy my sub a #30 and the manager Jay gave me the best service that I ever had. The sub that he made me was so delicious and on point I got to go back and get me another one. And plus He was very nice and polite and respectful 💯 %. He's service speak for itself. If you are reading this post and you are in Dayton Ohio please go to Subway on 4000 North Main Street and see for yourself if you don't believe me! I promise you will not be disappointed!

I genuinely dont even want to give this place a single star. The subs are NEVER made correctly. If you have allergies or sensitivity to anything STAY FAR AWAY because odds are your sandwich is not what you ordered! They can absolutely care less about anything they are putting out of this place. When my husband called the store to address this mess they could have cared less about what he had to say and didnt even offer to make it right or refund us. I don’t understand how this place is still open. Its an absolute waste of your money to dine here.
This store has always succeeded in ruining appetites. I don’t know why I try. I pay extra to get something like sliced avocado and they proceed to smear smashed avocado all over the outside of the sub. And when you order an American club you instead get the veggies you want with sweet onion teriyaki chicken. And when you order sweet onion teriyaki with bacon you instead get turkey and Black Forest ham with the teriyaki sauce. If you want what you pay for, DO NOT GO HERE. The staff barely even speaks English which is probably why you won’t ever get what you want and rightfully pay for. They see an online order come up and immediately get to work coming up with absolute random bullsh** to put on your sandwich. This has happened more than 5 times over a span of a year and EVERYTIME I think to myself ‘maybe they’ll get it next time’ but no. It’s impossible for this staff to do what they are paid to do and if you ask me, a sandwich artist is a pretty goddamn simple job. This place needs a complete refresh on workers.
