Went here from lunch and the young lady just looked at me and said she would be right with me when she finished but that never happened. Another young lady came and made my ordered. Customer service poor, food under mid, and total experience was 2 out of 5. Would visit here again.

When you enter this location, you are greeted warmly and professionally, as one would expect at a Subway location. The servers were pleasant and engaging, and worked quickly to build your sandwich. They weren't distracted, playing hockey, looking up memes, or shooting dice in the corner. The place looks well cleaned and taken care of, and I didn't get the vibe that it was trashy. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Kudos to the staff and manager Suzie for doing a fantastic job at both Miller Lane locations!

My experience with them is horrible they don’t answer the phones ever! And half the time if you go to order online through their app, they have half the sandwich is marked out to where you can’t get but like a couple of sandwiches. They also never honor their deals

That Dude

I ordered a sub online and when I went to pick it up the door was locked and I waited for 5 minutes outside the door for someone to open it. When I got home at opened my sand which it had no lettuce, no mayonnaise, and only about half as much turkey as there should’ve been. I called back the next day because they were close to closing when I got home and no one picked up, I went back the day after that to see if I could get my sandwich remade. They said they could not remake my sandwich and said I would have to bring the sandwich back if I wanted it remade. I live 20 minutes away and the store was closed by the time I got home, I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend going to this store.

I ordered the meatball footlong on white w/ provolone ($8.99). After the sandwich had been toasted, I was asked if I wanted anything else on it--(yea, how about some sauce!) I made the comment that it didn't look like it had enough sauce but was not asked whether I wanted that detail corrected! The attached pictures speak volumes! The sandwich was dry and less than appetizing. I've never had this sandwich before because I usually stick to what I like and today, decided to try something different. Very disappointed 😞

Have ordered through GrubHub three times and each time the sub sandwich is made perfectly! Even the bread is always soft and fresh. Have been let down by MANY Subways in the Dayton area but this one has been top notch.

I had a great experience at Subway today, thanks to the wonderful service of the staff. The worker who took my order was friendly and professional, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He greeted me with a smile, asked me about my preferences, and offered me some helpful suggestions. He also prepared my sandwich quickly and neatly, and wrapped it up with care. He thanked me for choosing Subway and wished me a good day. I was very impressed by his attitude and skills, and I will definitely come back to this location again. He deserves a raise and a recognition for his excellent work! I think his name starts with a R. I should have asked.

The quality of the food varies. Some days the food is great . Other days it taste outdated. They don't honor coupons. Service is good from the workers. I would like to see them in hair nets, wash hands and then put on clean gloves. I hate when they talk over my food. If they wore mask I wouldn't care. But ease stop talking over my food.

This subway is great except for the fact that they arbitrarily close their location and don’t stick to the hours displayed in google. I just went at 7:20pm and it was closed, this isn’t the first time this happens either. Get it together or change your hours in google, don’t lie to people, it’s mean.
