I had a great experience at Subway today, thanks to the wonderful service of the staff. The worker who took my order was friendly and professional, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He greeted me with a smile, asked me about my preferences, and offered me some helpful suggestions. He also prepared my sandwich quickly and neatly, and wrapped it up with care. He thanked me for choosing Subway and wished me a good day. I was very impressed by his attitude and skills, and I will definitely come back to this location again. He deserves a raise and a recognition for his excellent work! I think his name starts with a R. I should have asked.

The quality of the food varies. Some days the food is great . Other days it taste outdated. They don't honor coupons. Service is good from the workers. I would like to see them in hair nets, wash hands and then put on clean gloves. I hate when they talk over my food. If they wore mask I wouldn't care. But ease stop talking over my food.

This subway is great except for the fact that they arbitrarily close their location and don’t stick to the hours displayed in google. I just went at 7:20pm and it was closed, this isn’t the first time this happens either. Get it together or change your hours in google, don’t lie to people, it’s mean.

First off I have a speech impediment which the young lady tried to humiliate me about! Moving forward she either was continuing to ridicule me or maybe she just doesn't listen well! When she asked for toppings I clearly said just lettuce and tomatoes only. She then asked no mayo or onions? I reiterated just lettuce and tomatoes only please at which she giggled! Mind you I have zero qualms with the food the sandwich I received was the same good quality I always get from Subway! My low rating is for the poor customer service I received from one of the two employees working thus afternoon, Sat 4/15. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I cannot tell you her name! :(

Went around 830 pm. Hours said it was open door locked. Girl at counter gave me dirty look for trying to come in. Contacted corporate never got a response. That's fine. I'm sure one of the other places in that area will be happy to serve me.

Me and my fiance both absolutely got food poisoning we came in at two different times during the day he came in first and got turkey and ham I came in when I got off work and got the All-American bacon club and that has turkey and ham on it we were both stuck in the bathroom legit for 2 days absolutely horrible I will never go

I work close by this Subway and every time I try to come in to get dinner it is always closed although the restaurant is supposed to close at 9pm. I have even came as early as 8:30pm and 8:00pm and the door is always locked.
