I went on 6/26/25 and it was pouring down rain. There was a puddle of water on the floor with no wet floor sign. I took a while to review the new menu and wanted to an Italian BMT however I wanted to substitute the ham for turkey. I asked the girl and if this was possible and she thought about it and then said she couldn’t do it. Since when was it made to where meats couldn’t be substituted or that I couldn’t customize my sandwich the way I wanted? I couldn’t even do it through the app or remove anything. What if someone is allergic to something? Do they still have to get it or prove the allergy at this point.

ONE CRAZY GAME

I like to review subways as a case the by case basis at Subway essentially salad on bread. Good! Yes, delicious maybe depending on how hungry you are when I review food. It's good, great and excellent. Sometimes delicious. That's my 10 out of 10 standard. This will be a great only because it's technically in the line of fast food borderline maybe healthy? Good efficient? Yes customer service here good can be great. Not enough but better than most

Staff is so unprofessional, there were little flying bugs, no bathrooms, no tray given for dine in and when asked given dirty oval green tray. For owner if you want to run restaurant please serve with quality. Don’t ruin the name of Subway.

Do not expect to get what the menu pictures look like. I asked for a number 6 or 7 the boss meatball sub. The picture on the menu looked like there was 10 pepperonis folded over looking good. Then I got 3 laid flat. You can't even see them on my sub. I told the lady I want it like the picture and it needs more pepperoni and she said that was 3x extra i needed to order an additional 7$.

The menu is a lie and false advertising. They shouldn't be allowed to have pictures up but instead just ingredients if they can't follow through.

I'm being petty just like they are being petty with those pepperonis. Expecting me pay 7$ extra than what they have shown is Ludacris. Likes like showing a picture of the cookies then breaking them in half. It is no different, the same ingredients..... Get real.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Placed my order through the app because you can only use promos through the app. They never received it because their internet was out for 20 minutes. I showed them my receipt and my bank statement showing the money was already gone. Instead of making my order and giving it to me, they told me to call my bank and dispute the charge and there was nothing they could do. Thats what the manager told me. I’ve been a GM for a restaurant and the easiest way to solve this is to just make the order and comp it out because you’re going to receive the payment regardless…… these ppl are dumb and don’t want to help. I wasted my whole lunch from work here and left with no money or no food which is unacceptable. I most definitely won’t be returning.

My order was to be delivered to a patient in Miami Valley Hospital. Only part of the order was received. I called the store and, without asking anything about the order, I was told they sent everything and it must be the driver or hospital's fault. I was told to call the manager tomorrow morning.

The staff is really doing their best. I am sad the new subway churros kinda suck, but a sub is a sub and I am happy to get one here. I would go back to this subway, but not sure it is my top choice on Brown street as far as subs go. Long wait due to online order, not sure what that would look like on another day.
