Food is good but supper upsetting how I order a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and with 2 cars in front of me it takes 40 minutes and my order isn’t even ready when I get to the window, one day a general manager came in and it Ran so smoothly I tipped the worker because of how pleased I was, now they do not worry about how long it takes and talked back when I sincerely asked what was taking longer that usual.New management is needed.

Waited twenty minutes in line with three cars infront of me from the time they took my order only to recieve barely warm food, not a single half hearted sorry for the wait time and my regular crunchy taco shell was broken i to little pieces. I opened the wrapper grabbed it, it fell apart and I balled it up and tossed it in the trash where it belongs. Do better honestly. This isnt the only Dayton location that takes an eternity to fill 4 drive thru orders. Do better.

Very unprofessional went there last night spent over $70 whole order was messed up call this morning store manager was very disrespectful. Also, I asked them for a receipt when I ordered. They told me that they were out of receipt paper and they was very disrespectful. Food was very cold and they won’t give up corporate number.

First off it’s very obvious they have there employees write reviews for them. This is and always has been the worst Taco Bell in Ohio. I went in tonight I pick up an online order and the only cashier was outside smoking, and spoiler alert!!!! He finished his cigarette while I waited in front of the tower. He then walked in and said “got an order bub”. I don’t know who you people think you are that your cashiers are referring to customers as “bub” after making me wait so you can finish your cigarette. This place deserves less than zero stars . STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
