Terrible, just terrible. I ordered through the app which is the only reason this gets 2 stars but when I got there the order wasn't even started and I had to wait 30+ min for my food. When I finally got my food the customer service was as nice as a 3rd grader when you take his toy. After I got home and open the bag, I looked inside and saw that both of my bowls (That costed 12 bucks each) had about 3 dollars of food inside of them. Would not reccomend even to a homeless person.

Left 3 items off our drive thru order. Then manager wanted to have an attitude with me when I went in to get it corrected. Also made about half the order wrong. Bad service all around.

Everytime I go here it's a problem! Today will be my last time! Waited 10 minutes for my order to have it made wrong then when I went in to have it addressed and just recieve a refund, the Im assuming manager catches a low key attitude on why I want a refund. Worst location, Ive got stories for days about this location. Never again!

The employees were loud in the kitchen talking ignorant cursing talking sex loud just very uncomfortable with customers in the lobby. This isn't the first time it's the same crew imt evenings after 6 please address this issue before customers stop coming to this location

I love Taco Bell so much I would give my first born child if it meant I could get free Taco Bell and Baja Blasts for life. Is the staff overly friendly? no. Are they going to give me the best experience I could have? no. Is the food going to be consistent? Also no.
I do not go to Taco Bell for a fun, friendly experience. I go for the yummy tacos and Baja Blasts. This is the only Taco Bell that never screws up my order. ❤️

Went to Tacobell for some late night nacho fries. The fries were fresh and hot. However, they completely lacked seasoning and the nacho cheese cup was hardly filled. I could have saved my money and made unseasoned fries and nacho cheese at home.

Absolutely horrible, I ordered it double cheesy beef burrito, three of them to be exact with no nacho cheese. No sour cream and no fajita chips. And what did I get? I got a chili burrito with nacho cheese. It was supposed to just be beef, rice and shredded cheese. Not that fake nasty nacho cheese. You guys have very disappointed and I will never be back

If I could leave a negative 10 I would about this location! Had me pull over to wait on Nacho fries to have them not even put them in the damn bag!!!! Didn’t realize this until I got home. Like how hard is it to put food in a bag double check it before handing off to a paying customer. Good help is real hard to find this days even for something that’s don’t take much brain power.

If you can't serve an item, don't offer it on the app, and don't let me place an order for it. Especially, DO NOT let me get all the way to the pickup window and at that point tell me said item is not available. It's near impossible to get a refund for orders placed on the app, so at that point the customer is stuck with whatever unacceptable substitute you offer. Absolutely unacceptable service, and I will never go to this Taco Bell location again.

I've gotten food here twice in the last month. Something is definitely going on in there. There was no one there both times I went yet my burrito supreme was basically empty, and my Casadia had nothing in it on 75% of it. They also forgot to cut it? With it and the burrito i only had like 2 bites of food. Lol it was like that both times. Worst tacobell ever.
